ho partecipato all'operazione SVELTO "Un concentrato di risparmio" . A fronte di almeno di 5 euro di prodotti svelto ( ben specificati nel regolamento con tanto di codice EAN e acquistati presso un negozio aderente e dove era anche esposto il materiale pubblicitario!) avrei dovuto ricevere un buono del valore di 5 euro entro 180 gg dalla scadenza. Nel regolamento era scritto anche di conservare i codici EAN dei prodotti oltre allo scontrino, cosa che ho fatto.
Contattato il Servizio Clienti della Unilever in merito alla mancata ricezione del buono mi è stato scritto che la mia partecipazione non è andata a buon fine in quanto nello scontrino era specificato solo "svelto piatti", non era abbastanza "parlante" e che non sono previste comunicazioni in tal senso. Unilever, visto che aveva dubbi in merito all'acquisto dei prodotti in promozione, avrebbe potuto chiedermi i codici EAN, ma non l'ha fatto. Quindi l'errore è del negozio che non aveva registrato correttamente i prodotti nel registro di cassa ai fini della partecipazione all'operazione SVELTO ed io da cliente non ho nessun potere nel modificare tali informazioni nello scontrino, quindi sconsiglio vivamente di partecipare ad operazioni dove è coinvolta la Unilever per la poca affidabilità.

I bought a tube of Mentadent White Now toothpaste. It claims to be 96% natural. It appears to be 96% Copper phthalocyanine (CI74160) - an extremely potent synthetic industrial dye. It stained my teeth, mouth and even the sink dark blue. So not white! Perhaps OK if you are in Halloween costume but do you really want to consume this ? Is it safe? They won’t tell me. The world trade organisation forbids the use of this chemical in hair dye. So why is it in toothpaste?
I sent photos and a description to Unilever but clearly they are far too self important to respond. If I boycott them they won’t care but if we all boycott all their products perhaps they will start to listen

My brother had applied for a job in Unilever's Covington TN warehouse. He applied on their website, on indeed and even dressed up and took his resume and interviewed with a recruiter in person at one of their recent job fairs and he said the interview went well. He was surprised to see so many people coming to the job fair with no resume and dressed in street wear and not business casual as he was. My brother also had over 10 years of experience. Unilever sent him an email notifying him he was not selected for the assembler position. But he had requested the line technicians position. He knew a person hired by Unilever who suggested he apply since he had more experience than the person hired on and already working out there. So I called and spoke to a Unilever recruiter to see if he was still under consideration for the line tech job and the woman was horrible. She was flippant, rude, and condescending. I also noticed she never gave her name. Unilever hires for two different positions in the exact same application so it gets confusing. This is why i checked to see if he was still being considered for the line techs role. Every single job I've worked at when I've answered a company phone I have to give my first name. I wish I knew who she was. She is a poor representative of the company. She was working in HR or as a recruiter.

Persil Liquid. Same sized large bottle which used to hold enough liquid for 60 washes, now holds 53 washes and the price has increased considerably. This equates to more plastic being used unnecessarily. Yet they try to say how good they are by reducing use of plastic by not issuing dispensers to anyone under any circumstances. This action is totally hypocritical.
However, what really annoys me is that they have marketed the liquid to put straight in the drum via a re-usable dispenser - thus avoiding a build up of gunge in the drawer and pipes leading down into the drum. Now they have removed free dispensers entirely, they suddenly tell you to use the washing machine drawer dispenser! This will possibly mean using more chemicals to clean these areas more frequently. I fully support removing the free dispenser on every bottle but they could make purchasing a dispenser for a nominal amount available. My mother, aged 96, after many years of using her old free dispenser now needs a replacement. Unilever/Persil do not offer this service at all and eBay (second hand) and Amazon want approximately £10 for one. I have now written to Persil suggesting several easy solutions for perhaps changing their current complicated designed lid to incorporate a dispenser solution. Meanwhile, I have also read in other reviews, the reduced amount of product in same sized containers is quite common with several other Unilever products.
Blatant marketing to enhance company profits doesn’t fool people. Hopefully, if customers walk away and sales fall, Unilever may have a rethink.

Hvis 0 var en mulighed havde de fået det. Jeg købte en Mens Rexona Cobalt Dry deodorant i Normal og brugte den i en månedstid. Alle mine hvide t-shirts fik gule skjolder under armene, selv 2 helt nye t-shirts som jeg aldrig havde brugt før fik det. De gule plamager er umulige at få af og de er lige til at smide ud. Jeg kontaktede Unilever og de var fuldkommen ligeglade. De kom med en lang smøre om hvordan man vasker sit tøj, går i bad og påfører en deodorant - altså basic viden som om, at man var født i går og ikke kunne finde ud af dette. De tilbød ingen kompensation for de ødelagte t-shirts. En meget uprofessionel og uduelig kundeservice der er fuldstændig ligeglad med deres kunder.

Et stort nul ville være passende.I støtter Putin og hans syge krig.Føj,jeg køber aldrig produkter fra jer igen.Håber at alle på trustpilot vil gøre det samme.

Dove 250ml spray Deodorants. Unilever have hiked the price & reduced size to 200ml. Complete con. Won't be buying again.

Unilever are still trading in Russia helping fund Russia's genocide in Ukraine.
Do not associate yourself with this brand, Unilever will be remembered as a sponsor of Russia's war.
As long as Unilever make money they don't care about the rapes, tortures and murders of innocent men, women and children and the destruction of countless towns and cities.

Good products but are really hiking the prices now.
Their mens deodorant brands have aprox doubled in price in all the supermarkets in the last few months.

Hopefully the on-going CMA investigations will dig deeper and bring all producers / suppliers like Unilever to book if they are found to be profiteering, even if they are disguising the products as 'new' sub-brands!
I think they should get the fine doubled if found to be disguising in such a way as this.

Produkt Fehlerhaft - Reklamiert - Erstattung genehmigt -> Allerdings ist das Portal derart schlecht dass man einen Code per Mail zugesendet bekommt. Der Vorgang dauert allerdings so lange das das Formular bis dahin in einem Timeout hängt und der Code nicht mehr angenommen wird. Unilever meinte es liegt am Smartphone :D

Nederlandse bedrijven voeren sancties uit naar Rusland vanwege de oorlog met Oekraïne.
Het is walgelijk dat Unilever zaken in Rusland blijft doen, en belasting betaald in Rusland, dat rechtstreeks de oorlogskas invloeit.
En voor wat? De winst dat ze daar draaien is verwaarloosbaar op het totale winstbedrag van Unilever.
Maar daar kijken de CEO's van Unilever niet naar.
"De minst slechte optie " (voor Unilever ja) is gewoon doorgaan en met de blinddoek op doen alsof je neus bloedt. Alle moorden op burgers negeren voor een beetje geld.

Today i learnt Unilever still trading in Russia and agreed to pay its employees who are conscripted to fight for Russians in Ukraine.

Shame on Unilever and its share holders.
