It was almost perfect and, didn't have any issues on products. It was absolutely perfect if I can use OCS express to ship to Japan because their airfare cost is quite reasonable(cheap ship to Japan)

Fast printing time (items were printed in the 3 day time given) and delivery was quick to Australia. Model Railway parts printed and results were excellent and great value.

Part was made just as specced. Arrived extraordinarily fast. 2 days from China to the US. Total lead time of 9 days.

All the tolerances were exactly as needed

The price of my 3d print was very competitive. Arrived about 10 days after submitting the 3d file (from China). The prints were high detail resin, and I'm very satisfied with the quality. Will definitely have them print more in the near future. Sent via UPS with tracking.

I placed my order three weeks ago through Craftcloud thinking I would have it about a week later. Their techs were very helpful in advising problematic parts of my print that I was able to fix with their guidance, and production was only set back a few days. All fine.

That is where my good experience ended. My package went missing for whatever reason, and they were very slow to give me any updates--only responding to one of my queries. I was last told they were reprinting my order, and have not heard any updates since despite multiple attempts to reach out.

Be very wary of ordering with them if you have a tight deadline, as the window for me needing these parts is closing rapidly and I am regretting my decision to choose Unionfab.
