I’m incredibly pleased with the Rupa and Shafiq from Uniqletts. I was struggling with my previous landlord and found them. The team was very amicable and kind throughout my renting process and still are. Renting process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way.
We have a whatsapp group chat for any issues that we encounter with the home (small ofcourse), and they are ready to help. Highly recommend!

Rupa is incredibly nice and friendly and has brilliant ideas for solving problems, but definitely seems overwhelmed at times. Never an absurdly long wait though!

This was my first time moving out on my own and Rupa has made it so easy,she’s always there to help and never makes me feel like I am badgering her or asking too much! Having a kind,caring and helpful agent is so important and I am so lucky to have found Rupa as she is just that plus much more. If you are looking for a place to rent UniqLetts should be the first place to look!

Friendly, helpful and professional

Twice Rupa and Uniqletts have helped me find a flat with very short notice...once in the run up to her wedding....she even took my call on way to wedding venue!! A warm small family business, would definitely recommend!

Rupa was the most unprofessional estate agent I have frankly ever dealt with in my 12 years of residing in London. Taking at first 15 days to respond to multiple outreach messages about setting up a viewing for a property; of which when she finally arranged was cancelled within 60 minutes of the starting time.

This lead my partner and I to have to put in an offer without seeing the property as she had prioritised other viewings over ours.

Upon this we were told it would be taken off the market alas she continued with viewings (information the current tenants disclosed). Not only is this illegal it’s incredibly sour considering that we had been attempting to put an offer in for a month.

I would absolutely trust anybody else even Boris Johnson to sell/let me a house. Abysmal customer service served via a dizzy lens.

Rupa from the Uniqletts team is professional, friendly, helpful, and respectful all the time! The house was also very clean when I moved in. 100% satisfied- I’d definitely choose Uniqletts again in the future!
