I found this website via Nordstrom. Nordstrom had one or two of their dresses for sale on their website. I figured if Nordstrom was willing to do business with them, then they’re legit. I ordered a kaftan for a Christmas party in December. I’m pregnant so finding cocktail or more formal wear can be a challenge. I placed the order on October 5, 2025. I think I received it three days later. Great. Tried it on and it wasn’t a good look for me. No big deal, I requested a refund. They sent me the shipping label on 10/10/25. I took it to UPS the same day. They received the return on 10/16/2025 according to UPS records. No communication was sent by Unique Vintage. I emailed them today, 10/31/2025 and finally got a refund confirmation. I’m not docking stars for the product but instead for the lack of service and communication on the return side. I shouldn’t have to email a business requesting my money back when their policy states they’ll issue the refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
