I was looking for more ways to diversify with 401K & the associate I spoke with was very educational and informative on the process and helping me understand all the different ways I could invest with a Gold IRA. My husband and I are both very happy with the first shipment and the representative that helped us open are IRAs, it’s something we look forward to doing in our family in the foreseeable future and further investing in various precious metals. We did 79% gold and the rest silver - the transition has been very seamless top to bottom and works better for us than being invested in the stocks and bond market. Very satisfied.

Last year, I opened a Gold IRA with United Gold Group. Informative brokers. Patient. Transparent pricing- glad I decided to move forward with them.

The latest promised deadline in writing was in February2026. I have not yet received all of my silver bars.

In April 2025 I traded within United Gold Group from platinum to silver. They only delivered 1 of the 7 kilo bars and two of my 10 ounce bars to the Denver Depository,I have 34 kilo bars that are owed to me. They have my money I should have my silver. I am unable to do anything with the 7 kilo bars that were delivered because it is considered a partial shipment.. I will remain unable to do anything until the entire shipment is received.

As of July 9, 2026 I’m still waiting for four bars as well as a refund for 10 kilos bars at the original purchase price.
As of August 7th …Another month has passed and I have received only 2 of 4 Kilo bars. The refund for the remaining 10 bars cannot be issued until these other two bars have been delivered. this should’ve been completed a long time ago and it is just dragging on and on.
