Item showed up with the wrong color…
Item showed up with the wrong color hair in the picture, dark brown…my son has dirty blinde hair. All the other customizations were correct. I contacted the seller and they said I had to pay $25 to get the right one. It’s an oversized picture that cost me $35-$40 already. I stated that I don’t feel I should have to pay for anything because it was their fault not mine. They responding saying their system defaults to brown hair and I should have caught the issue….I changed the color during my customizations because I distinctly remember trying to pick the right shade/color.
They refused to send me the right print

I had place an order more than a week ago and payed extra to get it shipped quicker. Till today after making complaints of no recovering an update no one has reached out to me. Very very unprofessional.

The hat does not have the 3D look as pictured when you get it. Colors are dull, not vibrant as shown. Disappointed.

I am still waiting for my hat that says…
I am still waiting for my hat that says Kevin, and my boyfriend ordered a trout shirt and they sent him a bass shirt. We have contacted customer service (Anna) and they said they would fix it promptly. It's been a month! Still no hat or shirt. Absolutely the worst possible customer service ever.
