That is how I wish to start this review.

I have taken a while before posting this, partly because I have so much to say about the positive impact Laura, Marie and NLP by the Sea have had on my mindset and the way I now experience the world.

As a wise man once said: “Sorry I wrote you a long letter. I didn’t have time to write you a short one.”

So here goes…

From the very beginning, the pre-course study was detailed, rigorous and absolutely necessary. And that matters. Because when you choose to step into this kind of learning, you quickly realise that the experience begins long before day one.

So my first piece of advice would be this:
Commit early.
Do the work.
Trust the process.

Because when you arrive, having already started to prepare your mind for what is about to happen, something begins to shift.

And maybe that shift happens consciously at first.
Or maybe, before you even notice it, something deeper starts paying attention.

Come with an open mind.

The best lessons are often subtle. They are hidden in the language, the demonstrations, the exercises, the pauses, the questions, the laughter, the breakthroughs, and the quiet realisations that land later, when you suddenly notice yourself thinking differently.
And they are all here in this course.

Now, the venue…

THE VENUE!!!
Goodness me.

The views across the sea are breathtaking. Truly. It is food for the soul.

There is something very powerful about learning this kind of material while looking out across open water. The setting gives you space to think, to breathe, to reflect, and perhaps to realise that some of the limits you thought were fixed were only ever patterns waiting to be noticed.

The days are packed with content, but somehow they do not feel heavy. You learn, you observe, you listen, you practise, and then you begin to embody it.

I’ve just completed the NLP Practitioner course and can honestly say it was one of the best investments I’ve made professionally and personally. To me this sense of support, community, continuing CPD opportunities, meant this wasn't just a course but, if you want it, it's a whole support network as you start your own business or continue your journey of self improvement. 5 Stars doesn't feel enough Stars for the journey I have been on.

Laura their lead trainer was amazing, she helped me develop my skills well beyond other NLP coaching course I had done previously. I have just completed the 3 courses up to Master Practitioner level having spread them out over 18 months. In that time, my personal and professional development has been massive. I am in awe how much this whole experience has positively impacted me.
