1) Vi tilbyder 30 dages refunderingsret. Det vil sige at hvis du ønsker pengene retur indenfor 30 dage, så skal du blot kontakte vores support og de laver en refundering. Hvis det skyldes en teknisk udfordring vil de naturligvis altid forsøge at hjælpe inden de laver en refundering.
2) Du kan altid opsige dit abonnement på vores hjemmeside ved at logge ind på din konto og vælge billing. Det er også beskrevet under support https://support.unlocator.com/article/72-how-do-i-cancel-my-subscription
3) Hvis dit køb er lavet via Apple App Store, så kan vi ikke lave en refundering da det er et køb direkte hos Apple. Derfor er det Apple du skal kontakte for refundering.

Excellent customer service.
I have used them for a few years and upon renewal I had a billing issue (I basically paid 4 times as much as normal) and they got back to me promptly with a full refund and a nice discount code if I wanted to renew. Excellent service and excellent customer service.
