Would leave negative 5 stars if possible tried to watch a single 35minute video and experienced a timeout 76 times. Absolute joke

A high quality host. Fast speeds on website. Excellent customer support by chat - always quickly available and knowledgeable. No blacklisted server IPs and little to no downtime.

UpCloud has outstanding customer service. Their customer service is very easy to contact. They are very knowledgeable AND if they cannot solve the problem immediately, the customer service person is very willing to refer the problem (along with your chat details) and then follow up with you as the issue is resolved.

I am a very satisfied european customer. I am currently moving all my servers from AWS to Upcloud for convenience, data security. I like the competitive plans and the simple and efficient API. I hope that Upcloud establishes more datacenters on other locations so i can migrate even more services here.

my experience on upcloud is great , first because it has live chat support so when i have a problem on my server i can directly live chat with IT support and help me fix my problem related to the server, and second because the servers prices are cheaper than other providers

Moving from colocation years ago to UpCloud. If you read up on how UpClouds infrastructure is designed with redundancy in mind, and also which hardware components UpCloud uses, you will know why the price is what it is. Cheaper clouds are jumping the gun in several areas, and if one can live with that, that's fine. The level of 24/7 UpCloud support is excellent. Affordable for any serious business. UpCloud is for businesses who know what they are doing, so don't expect support for anything else than UpCloud offerings. 👍 from a long time customer.
