This company obviously don’t care about rubbish reviews. So keep it brief they don’t do the job they are supposed to and deliver things without notification at the address, dump valuable product on driveway and forge signature to say delivery was accepted.
Shame the service isn't as good as the website (tracking number 000372801)
The parent company have a wonderful website, you would think they are 'International Rescue' perhaps the MD is Jeff Tracy and one of the Thunderbirds might show up. They are unable to even provide accurate tracking information, in my case stating delivery was made when it wasn't and wasting a whole day of my time waiting in. They are quick off the mark with 'pre-delivery' emails confirming that they will make charges if there is nobody there to sign for the delivery. It would help if the tracking was accurate, perhaps the correct day, even a time!!
Evri, Ebay, Amazon can all do this why can't you?
So do I wait in again? perhaps try your 0845 contact number (72p per minute)? Email and get an automated response saying we will try to respond in 72 hours? Pretty rubbish really.

The delivery man of my eight tall, heavy 'Red Robin' hedging plants could not get down my road with his wagon due to inconsiderate parking at the top of the road. He palletted all the plants on wheels and trundled them down on foot via the sloping, long and very uneven cobbled road round to the side of my house. All with the cheeriest uncomplaining disposition. This was around 12 noon today in the Leeds area. Employee of the Week I think!
the delivery of my recent flooring order, which has been handled in an unacceptable and unprofessional manner.
The first delivery attempt failed without any proper notification. I was at home, yet the driver simply drove past my property and left without attempting delivery or contacting me. As a result, I was forced to take an additional day off work to wait for a second attempt.
During the second delivery, the same driver arrived but was unable to explain what had happened previously. I was then informed that the original shipment of two pallets had been consolidated into one pallet, which was too heavy for the vehicle’s lift to handle.
Instead of resolving the situation appropriately, the driver began manually unloading the pallet by throwing the flooring panels onto my grass. When I expressed concern about the value of the goods (approximately £6,000), the driver responded that he was only paid £50 and would “do his best.”
Shortly afterward, the pallet became unstable and fell from the lift, resulting in visible damage to the flooring panels.
This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

What a fantastic service! I ordered a new heavy and large dining table set via a company who used this delivery company. It was ordered on the 22nd of December and arrived on the 23rd from Manchester, all the way to the north east of Scotland! And at such a busy time of the year! You saved my Christmas dreams of hosting on a new set, I cannot thank you enough!

One star was more than I wanted to…
One star was more than I wanted to give. Shocking ‘service’ provided from start to finish. Thousands of pounds of customer product destroyed by negligent operators & not following basic procedures.
Lodged a formal complaint & was promised a call back this morning from senior management. No call & no response from a further two follow-up emails later this afternoon.
Terrible service, poor communication & a real lack of respect for the customers & their goods.

Waited in all day for my delivery which states will be delivery before 4.30. Just rang them to be told it is not coming till tomorrow. Was not informed of the change just got told it was a freight issue. Taken a day off work to wait in all day

Awful Company
Overall TrustPilot review of 2.7 despite billing themselves as a "professional" delivery company. I doubt many of their customers share their confidence. My own view is 2.7 is very generousbased on my experience with a delivery from Black Country Metalworks via UPN .... which was AWFUL.
Bought bench from Blackcountry Metal Works and because of size this item was to be delivered by UPN.
UPN contacted me on 10 Oct and delivery was organised for Friday 17 Oct. That gave UPN 7 days from call to organise delivery from their Penrith warehouse (30 mins away from where I live!).
No update Friday so 1300 called supplier and UPN who both confirmed delivery would be before 1700 and I would receive a call 1hr before confirming they were on their way.
I called again 1630 since no call and no delivery. This time I was told delivery would be by 1730 because they were running late.
Called again at 1810 and this time was told - after waiting in for 10hrs - that delivery had never left warehouse but if i held on until 8PM they would load it immediately and ship to me. So 12 hrs waiting for an item that frankly, was not worth the wait or multiple phone calls.
Anyone who uses UPN for delivery should take resposnsibility for their awful performance and customer service.

Disappointing delivery company.
Booked a delivery to happen today, provided a tracking number which showed me as the middle drop and would happen between a certain time.
I rechecked the tracking just before delivery time and it had changed to another day, I called UPN who said the item wouldn’t fit onto their delivery vehicle and it’ll be delivered another day.
If so, why provide me tracking for a vehicle that my delivery isn’t even on?
No communication from them to state it would be delivered another day or a reasoning until I contacted.

Terribly rude delivery guy and did not place the item in the garden because he says "he can't be asked to". It's a £71 delivery fee and this service is appalling.

No shed it has disappeared.
I bought a shed through market place B&Q, our shed should have arrived on 1/5/25 , nothing no communication, even the number they provide doesn’t work.i have sent emails to the company who built the shed but they say they are looking into it. My shed has disappeared. I will be going to trading standards if nothing happens soon because seeing that 63% had 1 star on Trustpilot, something must be badly wrong with this company.

xtremely Poor Service from UPN – No Communication, No Responsibility
I ordered a 14x8 summer house in March and the entire delivery process through UPN has been a complete disaster. After waiting weeks with no updates, I took a day off work for the scheduled delivery — and nothing arrived. No SMS, no email, no call. Just silence.
It turns out my order had been passed between three different couriers, eventually landing with Lee Couriers in Hoddesdon, who only operate small vans and were unable to deliver the item due to its size. I was then told that I should collect it myself — completely unrealistic, as I obviously don’t have a large truck at hand.
Trying to get clarity from UPN has been infuriating. I’ve spent countless hours on hold, made multiple lengthy phone calls, and still haven’t received a straight answer. Everyone I spoke to passed the blame elsewhere — no one at UPN is willing to take responsibility.
To make matters worse, the original order was placed through The Range, who provide no tracking ID and offer no meaningful support once the order is passed to UPN.
This has been a massive waste of time and money, and I would strongly advise against using any service that relies on UPN for delivery. Their customer service is unresponsive, their communication is non-existent, and their logistics are clearly not up to standard.

What a great company, I ordered some underfloor products from Wunda on Wednesday morning,
Paul from United Pallets Network delivered them 1st thing Thursday Morning, thats less than 24 hours from placing order, Nothing was too much trouble for Paul the driver who i think is based around Redditch, It was an A plus service.
Keep up the great service

Delivery of hedging plants all went smoothly. Driver friendly and helpful. No tracking on website which wasn’t ideal, but customer service quick to answer phone and happy to provide updates.
