Ordered 4/28 value $106.00 Today is 5/11 . No responses from any customer service or phone or help . ZERO. Advertised heavily and also sold through Amazon, not sure this is the way business should be handled. Either overwhelming for them or just out of touch. Found phone number via Google and left messages. I don’t expect anything. I will wait a few more days and then file for refund through cc company, protected against fraud as this appears especially when no one is getting reply’s, just read all the reviews. Sad.

Uproot has reached out as of 5/15/26 and has apologized for not responding earlier as they have been overwhelmed with orders… be careful of what you ask for they say. They have promised delivery in May and offered a 10% discount. I appreciate the gesture and hope when the product delivers it works as advertised. Important step reaching out but took 2 weeks, us as Americans we are not as patient as we should be but when advertised to ship in 3 days and 2 weeks later it hasn’t raises flags. They need an auto reply system so when orders don’t ship on time a delay notice is generated to the back orders. Just a suggestion UProot…. 👍

Another week with no reply from multiple emails to customer service. If you can’t keep up with demand then shut down ordering temporarily or stop charging people and ghosting them when they reach out. At this point it doesn’t even matter if the product is fabulous, I’d wouldn’t even consider ordering again

EDIT - I did receive an email and offer for refund or wait another 2+ weeks. Waiting for the refund to hit my account but the responding email regarding the refund being approved was almost immediate.

I ordered the washing machine cleaning tabs almost a month ago. The estimated delivery date was 2 weeks ago. I have tried contacting them repeatedly with no response. At this point I just want a refund, and for my order to be canceled, because it seems like it's never going to even be shipped. Very disappointed in the whole experience. What a waste of money

I have not received the product and I ordered 2 months ago. They charged my CC immediately. I have also sent emails with no response.

I ordered the washer tabs on 4-25-26, should ship within 3-5 days. It is now 5-8-26 and after several emails asking for an update then requested a refund , I have received zero response. Very sketchy company and horrible(zero) customer service. I was excited to use their product but I realize I’ve been scammed. Going to report for fraud. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I made a $280 purchase 3 weeks ago. The order has yet to be fulfilled. I have reached out with countless emails and have not received a single response on any type of status with my order. I receive automated text messages about the order but they say to contact Uproot Clean via email because they are powerless to assist in shipping, order fulfillment, etc. Again, those emails go unanswered. It’s completely unacceptable for a company to take your money and offer zero updates or communication on the order status for over 3 weeks. Is this company a scam? It makes me wonder. Such a shame because I was very excited about the product, but I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional company before. I’ve contacted a consumer protection attorney, and if I don’t hear from them in the coming days, I will be filing a lawsuit with some others who have had the same experience with the company. Disappointed.

I don't understand why the Trustpilot summary is not seeing all the negative reviews regarding delays and failure to deliver. I have used Uproot Clean products and like them but I recently placed an order in the middle of April and it is now nearly a month later with no evidence the items have shipped. I too have reached out to customer service with no response. I am giving it a couple of days and will then need to dispute the charge with the bank. Something is very wrong with this business.

This is a awful customer experience. I purchased two weeks ago and it was sent to an incorrect address. I now realize that is part of what they do. I don’t believe they had planned to ever send anything.

That’s obviously a scam. I have talked with probably an AI bot on text message almost every day. Been guided to send emails. I sent over six emails with no response. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.

Uproot clean charged my credit card and confirmed my order, and but never shipped my order, and it has been over 14 days. The product still hasn’t shipped as I type this review. They do not provide a customer service number, and two emails to support have gone unanswered for multiple days. Buyer beware, total scam at least for me.

This company total scam. Ordered the Uproot Clean on April 19. Here it is May 7 still no product. What you get is a ton of advertisements along the way. They try to sell you everything imaginable but never come through. Ripoff!

I placed my order on April 23, 2026, and promptly received an order confirmation email and my credit card was charged. Since then I have received at least one email per day from them with discounted offers to buy more product but no emails or any other means of communication regarding the order I already placed. Multiple attempts via email and their facebook page and ads have gone unanswered. After my last attempt via their facebook page, they blocked me. I have initiated charge disputes with my credit card and am awaiting resolution.

Customer service does not exist. As far as I know the product does not exist.

As some of the other reviews on here it is unfortunately the same story. I’ve placed an order on April 22 and have heard nothing from the company. I have messaged and emailed them to cancel the order and have heard nothing back. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I would have loved to tried the product but going on to 2 weeks with ZERO updates is very annoying. I guess I’m going to dispute the charge so I can actually get my money back since no one will respond back after almost a week of messaging them. UPDATE 5/21
I heard back from them and they have canceled the order. They tried to contact me before not until 5/12 but their responses never came through on my email until today. At least I’m getting my money back and they apologized for the lack of communication.

it's been 8 days and they haven't shipped my order. will dispute through the bank. pathetic. sent two emails. 👎

Update: Still no refund. Scam company

Was tempted to try the wash machine cleanser. Gave them my email and then my phone number for the 40 % but the discount wasn’t applied. So I emailed customer service. This was the reply:

“I wanted to clarify how our welcome offer works. The email you received mentions “up to 40%” off your first order. This means the discount is tiered and not a guaranteed 40% for every order. The final discount amount depends on the total value of your purchase, the higher the amount spent, the higher the discount percentage you may receive.”

I guess 0% is still considered up to 40%. Very misleading way to get people’s information. I won’t be ordering and don’t trust this company

UPDATE They want more detail to recognize this review. So here goes. I wanted to try their product without buying a bunch. Fell for the “give us your email and get a discount” ploy. Did that. Then it said give us your phone number also. Did that and then the discount didn’t work. So I emailed customer service.

I handed over my email my phone number for 40% discount and it’s not working.
Makes me suspicious of your company.

So apparently you need to buy a bunch to get the discount. But since giving them my contact information, received multiple marketing text messages but they thankfully stopped when I blocked them.

I had an awful experience and am guessing it’s a scam.
I placed my order for the laundry bundle and expedited shipping 2-3day). They took my money and ghosted me.
After a week, I started checking my tracking and the order said it wasn’t fulfilled. After 2 weeks I started emailing and got no response from any of the emails or help lines. Beware!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My card was charged, though the products I ordered never shipped. No replies to any emails to either help-at-uprootclean.com or help-at-uprootlint.com. I do receive plenty of marketing email though. The only communications I got was a text with someone called "Casey, the warehouse manager" who initially was trying to upsell me though was initially helpful on this issue. However, a message to the number just now generated an auto-reply asking if I wanted to opt out of marketing emails. Have begun the fraudulent charge process with my bank. I have no idea if these products work; I would certainly strongly caution anyone looking to buy them online.

Product never shipped!

These is a scammer that advertised on social media. Orderd 3 weeks ago still didn't received my order. No response to emails and they have a phone number that goes directly to voice mail....yes, I did left a voice mail as well. No response at all.
Im glad I ordered through PayPal and I could get my money back.
Instead of sending tens of email a day spamming my inbox with promotions how about focus on delivering the products to the customers who already ordered!
It seems like this is an ongoing problem with this company!
I will definitely not do the mistake of buying anything from this company again!

I ordered on 4/14 and was told delivery would be on 4/19. Today is 5/6 and I still have not received my order and can't file a claim

I ordered from the website and my AmEx card was billed immediately. Nearly 1 month later, I haven't received the washing machine cleaner products I ordered, and, despite writing to their help page twice, NO product has yet arrived. I want to cancel my order and get my over $50 back. This feels like a SCAM!

I ordered the grooming kit because of the advertised quiet motor. It was not quiet, and my dog would not tolerate it. The customer service agent tried to convince me to keep it, then eventually initiated the return for me. I shipping the product back in pristine condition. My package shows as received at the facility two weeks ago, and I still haven't received my refund. I have emailed the company multiple times, and no one is responding. Do not buy from this company!
