I purchased two items this morning (9-3-2025). I was perfectly ok with the price I had paid with the 20% introductory purchase discount plus free shipping and the free gifts (not sure what they are) until I opened my email.

Inside that email was an offer for 28% off my purchase. I thought I had lost out on money.

I decided “what the heck” and contacted the company. Much to my surprise, the email was answered within an hour and they offered to honor the discount in the email.

I truly appreciate when a company will stand up for the customer and do the right thing. Too often, companies give customers the runaround in the name of profit. They don’t understand that those few dollars can go a long way.

Look at me. I haven’t even used the product and I’m giving a positive review.

If the grooming kit and washing machine tablets work nearly as well as Janine took care of me, they’ll have a lifelong customer.

The trimmers quit working after one use. I was very bummed as I loved the product the first rime i used it. When I notified them about this issue, they were very quick to respond and offer a replacement. Im very pleased with their customer service and cant wait to get my replacement and start using them again.

I ordered tooth wipes for my Maltipoo. Being an older individual, I could not remember whether or not I had actually placed that order, and decided to place an order for the wipes. I contacted the company ON A SUNDAY MORNING, explaining my possible screwup. Early that afternoon, a representative from Uproot responded so kindly, telling me they had found that original order which would be out for delivery within the next couple of days. They assured me all was well, that the duplicate order had been cancelled and my funds had been safely returned to my account. WHO DOES THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE!!??
Needless to say, I’m sticking with Uproot for my pup’s needs from NOW ON! Thank you Uproot.

What an incredible company. Not only do their products work great but their customer service is above par! I unknowingly put my brush together wrong and it broke, they sent me a new one even though it was my fault. I will continue to order from Uproot and recommend them to everyone!!

Glizelle was the customer support person who worked with resolving an issue I had with my vacuum hose and she was friendly, fast to fix the issue, and all around provided 5 star customer service. I had gotten my cordless vacuum as a gift and I misplaced my cord. They were quick to send me a new cord at no charge. They were great and knew exactly what I needed when I gave them my order number.

I sent an email asking for help with a broken part (my fault not the product) and was shocked to find a response in my inbox less than 10 minutes later. Janine was thoughtful and kind throughout our interactions and made me feel like a priority. I love the product and the amazing support!

System works great, even though I’m still trying to get my dogs used to it. The only problem I had was with the clippers, which quit working after the second time I tried to use them. I contacted customer service and even though I was technically a little less than a month out of my warranty they replaced them for me. So far my experience with them has been great.

Customer care with this company is excellent! I asked questions and they got right back to me. I absolutely love the vacuum and all the attachments that go with it . I had an issue with the brush attachment. I went onto the website to purchase a replacement. When I couldn't find one, I contacted customer service. Within minutes I got a response asking if I could send a picture. I did and they responded right away that they will simply mail me a new one. Very fast and helpful service!
