I'll give it minus 100 dreadful company was an replacement paid the difference delivery no show,no phone call to explain yep I've emailed,WhatsApp messages and phone call .....wait till they get investigated by consumer watchdog.......please avoid!!!!

Gave my wrong measurements from what was delivered it’s much much smaller , have ignored all my appointments, delivery men tried to get me to pay more money than had been agreed , wouldn’t unwrap or take upstairs until I paid ! Turned up 2 hours later than the time slot I was given! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Unfortunately we didn't ever receive one of the cabinets we ordered. The wrong parts were delivered to us THREE times! In the end the product we ordered became out of stock so we opted for a refund. We were not granted the refund until the wrongly delivered items were received back to Uptown Furniture months after we had paid for it. The one product we did receive was very bad quality, it arrived scratched and the drawers didn't fit. I mentioned this to customers services a number of times but my emails were ignored. I really wouldn't use this company to order anything again. A waste of time and money.
We where very happy with the couches, the delivery not so helpful but the couches more than make up for the poor service

Great customer service . Would have been a 5 star if the table did not have a little flaw (chip on the extension piece) but to be fair , we did not inform the retailer of this as we needed the larger table and did not want to wait for a replacement .

It was great to see that the review was acknowledged by the retailer bad unfortunately no one has ‘reached out’ yet

My order took 3 weeks to arrive and, when it did arrive, one of the parts was not pre-cut properly.

Typically we do state 2-4 weeks delivery on the item you ordered, and I'm sorry that this item was delivered later than the timeframe you had initially been provided.

Great quality. Great looking piece. And managed to build all myself with very little issue.
The prices could be slightly better labelled as many didn’t have any. But I managed to work it all out so was fine! :)

The bedroom furniture we bought is of a high quality and looks fantastic ( albeit it took somewhat longer to build than suggested). The instructions were clear. Customer service were helpful and the deliver agent very efficient and polite. Highly recommended all round.
