samples at a cost

I would like to order a vanity from this company, but would like to have a sample of the material used for the vanity and the counter top to see the colours before I order. They want about 300$ for 6 samples for the vanity and the countertop. Did any one do that? Also, can anyone post pictures of the vanity they bought there? thanks

I have always had a good experience…

I have always had a good experience with UpVanity. Aurora has always been the one that has helped me and she has always had the answer to my questions, and she got back with me in a timely manner. We will eventually be remodeling another bathroom and UpVanity will be my first contact.

So far So good

So far, the shopping and ordering process has been great. Aurora has excellent communication skills. I’ll rate again when I receive the vanities.

Customer Service is inexistant

We tried to cancel an order but the hot line takes our name and NEVER call back.
We had to call the bank to cancel the transaction.

Please note that weekends and time-zone differences (12–16 hours, depending on location) can occasionally delay live callbacks, but we still strive to respond and follow up as quickly as possible. To help us pinpoint your request and resolve it efficiently, we recommend scheduling a call using the correct time zone or reaching out to us via email/chat so we can confirm your request in writing and help without delay.

For cancellations, once we receive a request via phone, chat, email, or your account portal, we will review the order status and issue the refund. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear back on the original payment method (timing can vary slightly by bank).

ordered a double sink vanity oak…

ordered a double sink vanity oak colored wood, minimal modern. The service during order was great at assisting me with details of measurements and confirmed double sink. They call you 20 minutes before delivery, no delivery date scheduled. I wasnt there to receive the package, left it on the door step and once i went to review it. I am remodeling my entire house. I was unsure what is being delivered every day. The people delivering the package never informed me where it was coming from. Once I opened it, it wasnt even my order. This is a single sink black/quartz sink (i ordered wood vanity with "concrete like sink". Item is completely incorrect. I emailed them and waiting for a response.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused.

For all vanity deliveries, we send multiple updates as the shipment moves toward final-mile delivery. The LTL carrier is also required to schedule delivery and complete the drop-off with signature confirmation. In this case, the carrier documentation indicates a signature was obtained at delivery, so we’ve flagged this with the freight team and opened an investigation into what occurred on-site.

Regarding the item received: if the configuration delivered doesn’t match your confirmed order (e.g., single-sink/black vs. the double-sink/oak selection), we treat that as a priority fulfillment issue. Our team is already reviewing the photos and shipment details, and we will proceed with the appropriate exchange or refund with no unnecessary delay.

Please continue replying in the existing email thread so we can finalize the fastest resolution. If anything comes up, you’re always welcome to email/chat with us or schedule a quick call—we can typically resolve issues much faster when we’re contacted directly. Please also note that, depending on your location, there may be a 12–16 hour time difference, but we strive to respond as quickly as possible and keep your case moving without delays.

Outstanding Vanity and Company!

Our experience with UpVanity was outstanding. We purchased the Elegant Bath Vanity Set - Brown with LED Smart Mirror. The company is very professional, responsive and great to work with. We did our research and read all reviews since this is an online company in China, so we wanted to be comfortable making the purchase. I spoke with their representative, Aurora, and she was fantastic! Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and extremely responsive to all my questions. She even worked with me to place the order over the phone with her assistance. The company was very accurate with the shipping estimates and provided all tracking information enabling me to follow the shipping. Everything was delivered without issue and the crate that was received was packed like I never expected to ensure no damage was done in transit. We placed the order mid October and received it late November and just completed our remodel with the vanity. Just great overall experience and the vanity and countertop are beautiful and of excellent quality. I definitely recommend UpVanity.
