UPVC Painters haven’t actually done any work for us. I phoned their office several times, sent emails and resend them and nobody phones you back. I eventually spoke to someone called Chris who asked me to send him photos of the windows we needed repainting so that he could quote. After a few messages, all went quiet and I phoned the office again but still no reply. After reading the reviews from other customers, we probably were lucky that they didn’t do the work for us. We are now 4 months on from our doors being painted and requesting the company to come back under their guarantee. We have been told they will call us to arrange a date to visit, a manager will call us, they will be in touch etc etc but they have not followed through with this. Communication has completely stopped from the company now. We have no response when we call, no reply to WhatsApp messages.
Very poor customer care. Avoid using this company.

Firstly, we were happy with the communication prior to the work taking place and the work was completed to a good standard earlier this year (March 2023).
In April the doors started to peel and under their guarantee we contacted them on the 4th April to look to get the doors repaired. To be fair they replied the same day and said someone would come out to look at the doors. This never happened. Several attempts later, including WhatsApp messages, emails and phone calls we are no closer to getting this resolved. Last week we rang to ask to the manager who wasn't in the office and were told another manager would call us back. We did not receive a call. Disappointing follow up service.

Tom and his team are fab! They painted my top floor windows, great value and they look amazing! His team are funny and friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Easy payment, and the whole process probably only took around 2 hours start to finish.

Tom resprayed my caravan. I was delighted with the results. The price was very fair and I have a 10 year guarantee. Tom was punctual, professional and very pleasant. I would certainly recommend his services.

Just had our windows resprayed by UPVC painters. Not only is the result fantastic but I have been very impressed with the interaction I have had with them. Email responses were quick and friendly; the team arrived on time and left no visible trace that they had been, apart from great windows; I got a phone call the day before confirming that the team would be with me, and I got a follow up let me know that if there were any issues to call them. Will be recommending to my friends!

Negative experience. After my work being delayed for 3 months due to weather it turned out they had sent me the wrong scope. I had sent pictures of what I needed and clear explanation so I'm not sure how this got misinterpreted. In the end I had to massively de-scope which meant they wouldn't do the job as it wasn't deemed high enough value for them to take on.

They said they would refund me, I chased for 6 weeks on the refund and it has just been refunded today. I have since gone with another supplier who did an incredible job for 25% cheaper and within 2 weeks of booking.

We found uPVC painters at the Ideal Home exhibition. Like others on this site, it was a revelation that uPVC could be painted. From the moment we engaged with Lawrence and his team they were excellent. Be prepared for the weather to interrupt operations as it's obviously not possible to spray in the rain etc, so make sure that you have some flexibility. The team who came to do the actual spraying could not have been more accommodating. Anything we asked them to do, they did willingly (We had the parts of the window that show when opened sprayed as well).
The overall result looks fantastic; the neighbours are extremely jealous. Best of all we would not have considered changing all of windows just to improve the look due to cost/upheaval, however going the spray route gave us an affordable way to do it.

I was skeptical at first when getting my windows painted as I was told it couldn't be done and the finish wouldn't be good. Well they were wrong and I am thrilled with my newly painted windows. They look great and you'd never guess they had been painted from dark brown to white. The team were great, helpful and friendly and Lawrence the company director was excellent too with keeping me updated with a nice laid back attitude.

My opinion, if your on the fence with getting your Upvc windows painted. Do it! It's far far cheaper than getting them replaced and the quality is just as good.
