Fabulous little company, some really unusual herbs you don't see anywhere else. All arrived in good condition and when potted on have grown wonderfully. Good incentive scheme with free herbs and discount for next order. I'm looking forward to my second order now. Highly recommended. 🙂

I’ve order for myself and family so far. Plants delivered very healthy, and although small (but still decent for the cost) have grown massively in 4 weeks. Great choices and some I’d never heard of, Vietnamese coriander and hot and spicy oregano are particular favourites. In short, good quality, good value, great selection and helpful service

Found this family run small business through Facebook I went on to there website and they have a fantastic choice of different herbs to choose from. I decided after going through all of the herbs to get 3 blackberry and 3 strawberry mint plants. I placed the order and from that moment I was kept upto date on when my order was being processed and what day it was arriving.
My delivery was very well packaged and each plant was in very good condition I have since planted these in pots in my garden and they have started to grow straight away. I would highly recommend Urban Herbs if you are looking for something a little bit different. This won't be my last order from them.

Mine arrived this week and I’m very happy to be able to buy samphire as it’s so good but so hard to find in regular stores and very few food retailers stock it. All the other mixed herbs arrived healthy and quickly. Great job guys.

I've just planted out my second order of herbs,and I'm delighted with them all! Great quality plants delivered well packaged and promptly, with helpful labeling. The herbs are a good size when they arrive and there's always a little surprise in the box!

I received my first package a couple of days ago, following ordering after watching Andy on James Martins Saturday Kitchen, and was delighted. The 4 herbs I ordered plus an added bbq rosemary as a gift (thankyou so much) were beautifully packaged and the herbs were in excellent condition. It was easy to tell they had ben lovingly cared for. I potted them up quickly and they are all thriving and smell amazing. I will be placing a further order soon and from now on I will only use Urban herbs. I would highly recommend them. I was watching Saturday Kitchen with James Martin and Andy Perry from Urban Herbs, was on talking about his herbs. I was intrigued and after looking at the website I bought the Wierd and Wonderful collection of herbs as it contained herbs I’d not heard about or could purchase here in Scotland. I was very impressed with the standard of packaging protecting the plants on their long journey to Northern Scotland. They arrived in excellent condition with no damage to stems or roots. The herbs are of a good size for growing on and I look forward to using them soon. I also purchased the Herb Gardening Handbook and was very pleased to get ideas of how to use different herbs in various projects. I will definitely be ordering some of the other collections of herbs in the future. Definitely my best experience of plants bought on line. Full marks to Andy, Kate and the rest of the team at Urban Herbs.

All the plants are in great condition and well packaged and thank you for the extra plant, much appreciated. Delivery only took a few days and DPD where good, even giving me an hour delivery slot, so no waiting in all morning/afternoon, which is a real bonus these days compared to other delivery companies.

The herbs are fresh and in very good condition. The packaging is sturdy so no damage in transit, I've ordered twice so far and will definitely do so again. Such friendly and efficient service. It's a joy to do business with Urban Herbs.

Fantastic quality plants delivered perfectly packed so arrive without damage , still properly seated in the pots. I have now made several orders (10-12 plants a time) and have yet to have one fail to thrive. It is clear that the Urban Herbs team really care about their plants AND their customers. I’ll undoubtedly be back again as I grow my herb garden.

I ordered camomile plants from this company and they arrived on 2nd July,perfectly packaged so they couldn't move in transit and be damaged. The plants were really healthy and I also got an extra plant which was a lovely surprise and a very nice touch.
I have contacted the owners with queries which were promptly answered,prior to buying.
I will definitely be buying more herbs and highly recommend this company

i started using this company a while ago and recently purchased a Bee selection of herbs for a friend who has a Bee Hive right next to her herb garden. The plants arrived in perfect condition and I have placed an order for 2 selections and am looking forward to them arriving. Cannot fault this company and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
