If I could give zero stars I would. They are not an honest company and play games with their tenants. They lie and then charge for fees just to ensure they don't have to give you back your full deposit. They asked us to leave our rental before our lease was up so they could get it ready to rerent and then said they wouldn't give us any money back for leaving early. Did not do a walk out with us per what there lease says, then charged us astronomical charges for cleaning and carpet cleaning after we did it and turned in the receipts to them. Horrible, untrustworthy company, if you are looking for a rental stay far, far away from this company.

The property was not vacuumed or cleaned before moving in. Carpets were filthy, terrible pet smell, floors were covered with food, hair, pills, sinks full of hair, ac didn't work, rejecting repairs (ie kitchen sink, shower leak), property checks every several months, neglectful property management, terrible customer service, would give it a zero if possible. Chelsea Hough is a cold and dishonest business owner.
