Desde el dia 21 de Julio que realicé un pedido de una camiseta, a 15 de Agosto todavía estoy esperando respuesta a mis reclamaciones por no enviarme nada. No contestan a los correos electrónicos ni se donde esta mi pedido.

Avoid! Even some response from customer service, they said I can't receive refund as never receive the parcel directing me to new website which is the same contact email. They don't provide tracking for Europe but when you order it's coming from China. Avoid this company!

No compréis en esta página es una estafa yo quise anular el pedido después de 1 minuto de haber hecho el pedido y ya me decían q ya había salido u estamos a día 14 de agosto ya hace más de 3 semanas u aún no lo he recibido. Les pido que me devuelvan el dinero y dicen q no . Es una estafa no compréis nadie en esta página .

Scam ordered a month ago and sent a bogus tracking number. I Contacted them by email multiple times and was fobbed off with its with the courier. Fortunately I paid via credit card and the bank has refunded me

Absolutely terrible service after nearly 1 month of waiting including contacting them 4 times via Email i kept being fobbed off and being told to wait another week, id had enough of waiting especially when I was given the estimated delivery date of 3 -5 days from ordering ive now gone through my bank for my money back I believe this is a scam

ordered 4 weeks ago tracking number does not work, have emailed and they keep telling me the order has been shipped and there is a problem with tracking website.....I have reported this to my bank and they are looking into it. will never recommend this site to anyone.

Ordered and get nothing, it's a scam.

Ordered an England football top for my son, with personalised lettering, which I am really pleased with.
The website said delivery in 3-4 days by DHL - this was a complete work of fiction! Shortly after ordering, I got a tracking number for a delivery company based in China. I got no updates then for the next 18 days, until finally I got an update from Evri. The top arrived after 20 days- I just wish they'd been honest about delivery, because the top is actually really good!

Scam! Never buy from this company. They will keep emailing you saying your order has shipped but dont give you any tracking details or tell you which courier has sent it. Ive asked for a refund and they are currently holding me at ransom. Its been a month and I still not had my refund

Terrible company I have orderd England jersey one month ago and my order shows still in transit. Delivery service is really shit and I cant see any updates from customer service as well one of the worst company. My humble request please dont buy anything from this company.

Ordered 2kits on 9th July and one of them is still not here the other one took 3 weeks to arrive when told 2/3 days . Now the site has changed .
Terrible service really . I would have made more orders but not now .
Nearly a month now and still no second shirt.
Again they blame the delivery company but I didn't hear from them for 3 weeks saying they had received .
They tried to offer me 35% discount but wouldn't let me pay on site blaming the changing of website for this

Finally got my order a month after I ordered.
All it took was a threat to file a chargeback and it all of a sudden started moving and arrived in a week.
The other thing I ordered 2 3XL shirts both Canada and England and they are L at best. Not Happy!.

Also they have now changed address to Urban-kits.com

I ALSO Ordered England shirt but on the 15th of July and still not here. They told me it was with the courier, and not to worry, obviously did not turn up and each email says it is with the courier and will be with me at the end of the week.. if you made a purchase file fraud with your bank. Otherwise youre screwed

The kit was supposed to arrive in less than 10 days. Ordered it on 11th July. And it hasn’t arrived yet (4th August). All I get it is shipment delayed. And promises of it being delivered the following week (every week).

Please avoid. That’s £25 down the drain.

COMPLETE SCAM do not use!! Ordered England shirt on the 6th of July and still not here. They told me it was with the courier and would be with me on the day of the England match and not to worry, obviously did not turn up and each email says it is with the courier and will be with me at the end of the week. They won’t issue me a refund. No tracking details. You might as well chuck £25 in the bin. They are just robbers!

This company is a big scam my package did t arrive as yet, almost 1 month and can’t arrived as yet ,,, they take long to respond to your email and saying they can’t refund don’t buy on this website anymore I wasted my money here and I’m sorry look out people it’s a scam

Absolute scam, ordered nearly a month ago and still not arrived. Multiple emails but refused to apply a refund. Tracking number no longer showing and on their website. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
