Very easy to deal with and very stress free purchase of an imported car

Urban Offroader provided just the best experience throughout the whole import process. They made me very welcome visiting the showroom and arranging a test drive, kept me updated on the cars journey to the UK and handled all the necessary UK required alterations and registration paperwork.

My wife and I bought a beautiful black Jimny from Urban Off-roader which we’ve now from had for just over a month. Very smooth process from start to finish, plenty of good communication and updates all the way from the deposit to collection. Very helpful with a couple of queries that we had after collection and they seem to genuinely care about us even after the sale - they’ve checked up on a us a couple of times and were very keen to see a pic of a custom spare wheel cover that we had printed. Would highly recommend them.

From the initial enquiry right up to the collection of our vehicle, I cannot fault the service. Every query we had was answered and any reservations we had regarding buying an imported vehicle were removed. Only the delivery time was a little longer than expected, as this was down to locating a vehicle initially and the Christmas break, however every step was documented.

They went above and beyond with importing my jeep and putting extras on. Every step i was kept upto date with and even sent photos of the jeep. I was even given access to the shipping information so I could track the shipping as it was happening which I was wonderful. I highly recommend this company. And thank you Jack, Steph and Vikki.
