C’est de loin le meilleur masque que j’ai utilisé pour le cou et le menton.

I ordered from Chinology, and discovered that unfortunately the masks hurt my ears. I was on a subscription, so while I was working on returning the first order, two other orders came all at once in one package. I returned all three orders at once in the same package, I paid for the postage myself, got a tracking number that I sent them,and they told me I would get 50% refunded for the package in which I used one mask, and 100% refunded for the other two orders, as my refunds were within the required return time frame. I only received one refund of the 50% off for the one package I used one mask of. When I responded to the emails in which they promised me 100% refunded for the other two packages, to let them know I did not get the other two refunds, suddenly their email addresses, I am replying to In the chain, are no longer valid email addresses. I also went straight to the company twice by email on their platform to ask them where my other two refunds are, and have not been responded to for three weeks. Update, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and now Chinology has given me a full refund as promised.

I like how easy the product is to use and the results am seeing so far. I am on week 3 and I see the possibilities of what my next can look like if I continue to use the product and I am consistent with it. Ordering was super easy and shipping was also pretty fast.

Easy to do…I mean you can do this in 10 minute, 10 minutes! I do mine as I’m styling my hair, done! Love that masks can be re-used for 5 days. Not sure how I would rate them yet as I’m still fairly new but I do like how my skin feels after each use and I feel good using them. Packing and delivery were timely, and customer service has been prompt in answering questions.

The product shipped fast. I'm about to open my 3rd mask so I don't see results yet. I am excited to take pictures after 3 weeks to compare the before and after photo. I did see online that the masks are good for up to 10 uses but I think 5 is the max.

le masque s'est révélé efficace. Je trouve que ma peau est plus belle et mon double menton s'estompe.
Je regrette juste que la largeur soit un peu petite pour moi car je suis obligée de beaucoup l'étirer pour pouvoir le placer derrière mes oreilles.

Masks were delivered in a timely manner, and I’m seeing results! Glad they can be used more than once!

Do not purchase from this company they automatically set you up with a subscription without your knowledge when you first try their product. When I got notification the second month was shipping I tried contacting them through phone which only goes to a voicemail and no one calls you back, I also emailed them several times telling them to cancel before it shipped and they just kept telling me I had to do it on the website but the link they kept sending me and the website did not give me an option to cancel and just kept taking me back to the original screen. I told them this for weeks and they just kept telling me I had to do it on the website they finally canceled my subscription after I threatened legal action. They would not refund my money or take the return back. Fast forward 2 months later I get an email from them stating thank you for resubscribing which I absolutely did not do. I once again emailed them and told them I was not one of their customers and I would never be purchasing anything from them again. I had to cancel my credit card because apparently they think they can just charge you whenever they would like to. Save yourself the headache do not purchase anything from this company, the product was not even good and broke my face out.

So far so good! Quick delivery and felt the improvement after one use. Looking forward to see what effect this will have over a longer period of time. Thank you 😊

I just wanted to try this product out and didn’t realize that I evidently signed up for a reoccurring subscription.
When I tried to cancel, the email that they provide is invalid and I was never actually able to get ahold of anyone for help.
I was FINALLY able to figure out how to cancel after jumping through many hoops. That just shows how scummy this “business” is. Will never order from them again even if I end up loving the product.

No issues with shipping. Got the product quickly. I took advantage of the buy 5-get 5 offer so I have plenty of masks to last a while. I use each one 5 times per the company saying each mask can be used 5 times. I recently saw an advertisement that said up to 10 times but honestly I don't think they would last for 10 uses. They get stretched out and wouldn't provide any support beyond 5 times. As for the results, I've been using for 3 weeks now, I haven't noticed any changes. I keep hoping I'll just get up one day and have some miraculous results, but I think the only way to get those kind of results would be with surgery or Kybela. But they do feel nice on. I gave 4 stars because no issues with shipping. Took one star off because I haven't seen any results. It's just a nice, cooling, mask at this point.

Got my delivery quickly. I'm on day 4. I'm anxiously awaiting for results!

I ordered a three month supply and paid $100. I did not sign up for any subscription. It has only been a few weeks and tonight I got an email stating they had charged my card another $100 and my order was on my way. I never placed another order and did not authorize them to charge my card beyond my original order! I’m livid this company charged my card without my authorization and I think this is very poor Customer service and very deceptive. I like the product, but I am not going to do business with a company like this, and if they do not refund my money immediately , I will never do business with them again, and I will be disputing with my financial institution.Pissed is an understatement!!!! 😡😡😡

I have attempted to cancel a “subscription” that I never signed up for. They grab your info and now saying the support address is invalid. I wanted to try a one time purchase. I have been attempting to contact them for awhile and getting nowhere!!! Do NOT fall for this “company”!!!!

I am in my first few weeks of using the masks and enjoy the experience. I don't have enough use yet to notice a difference, but I like that it's just 10 minutes and use it at night before bed after cleansing my face. Customer service has been good, as I requested a delay in my last shipment and they gladly helped me with that.
