Backyard mowing is fun again
It cuts our hilly backyard with ease. The setup and mapping of the area was fun (you control your mower like an RC car :D). The mapping needed some refinement for No Go Zones but the app made it easy to adjust within minutes. Would def recommend! Live customer support via app is also great.

We live in a very hilly area, and there have been multiple injuries and even deaths from riding lawnmowers flipping over. Regardless, my wife said no to a rider, so this was another option. I can say that after a year, she was doing me the best favor ever! The bot works great, and the company has provided great customer service! Five stars from me!

I bought a Mammotion Luba Mini for our Swedish farm because I wanted a mower without perimeter wires. Setting up the robot and creating the virtual map was simple and straight-forward. I created two areas with a bridge between them, something that was impossible with my old perimeter-wired mower.

Adaptive zigzag failures solved!
I was able to resolve my issue and they were receptive of my feedback.
It turns out a no-go area far away from the charging station was to blame but the error message was very unhelpful.

The help center was very pleasant and very helpful. I’m pretty sure we have discovered my issue with charging my robot. I had purchased my Luba 2 years ago and have loved it, it truly has saved me so much time. This is the first time I have had a issue.

I recently contacted Mammotion’s customer service regarding an issue with the height adjustment on my robotic mower, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the support I received. The representative was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, guiding me step by step through the troubleshooting process. We determined that it may be a hardware fault with the lift sensor so now waiting for repair to be completed via warranty .

No response from support for 2 weeks - steer clear!
I have been waiting 2 weeks for any kind of response from their support organization. I'm really frustrated. I'm getting wheel speed sensor timeout errors in the app and I have no idea when or even if they will ever get back to me. My advice is to steer clear of this brand until they can get their support organization sorted out.

The App takes a bit to master but the mower works great. My lawn has never looked better.
Yuka Mini 600 tremendous device
I've received Yuka Mini 600 in the end of April 2025 from Mammotion directly (not bought on Amazon). Previously I had some from Fuxtec with perimeter wire, but charging circuit has burnt out and support do not want (they do not have, hmmm) to sell me spare parts. Only new mower with discount. But then I realize, that I have to upgrade my negative experience with often stacked and blocked mower somewhere.
After unpacking, I read the short instructions for Yuka. Set it up charging base and RTK antenna. Install application and...power on. I did mapped all areas, but without no-go zones around the tree, etc.
CONS: Yuka mowed well, but... there was a lot of unmowed place around the trees-about 50-100 cm. It looked very messy. Then i realize on small lawn, that defining no-go zones solve all problems. :)
At first start there was also limitation to defining max. 5 areas for mowing. But with one sw update that was also solved.
After last update in May come a little bug: if the channel between areas is occupied, Yuka stops and say "channel is blocked". Pressing "grass and start" does not allow Yuka to continue (previous release enable that). You should also press button in application. A little awkward. And battery with 2 Ah is to small. It took Yuka to mow 400 m2 almost 10 hours!
PROS: Overall and what is most important to me: Yuka is the device at my house, which is the most perfect finished in every aspect. I am very demanding person in technical manner, but this is realy awesome. Astonishing.
Mower blades never get to dirty, nor wheels, even mowing at rain. At my old mower, i have to cleaned at least once per mowing.
The cutting grass is *so perfect*, that I lower the frequency of moving to once a week!
The application is working, those little bugs are more or less cosmetical. I realy love redefining areas often. Or editing no-go zone.
Congratulations Mammotion, you did a tremendeous device.
