Excellent product, ongoing software updates bring improvements and bug fixes. However, reports of new features not being made available to owners of robots less than 1 year old is concerning. Hopefully the manufacturer reevaluates this decision and makes all updates and new features available to owners (at the very least) within the warranty period.

I love this robot, I live in town and have the mini. It is AWESOME. My yard always looks good and I never weed wack anymore. This thing has saved my marriage, I think! No more fighting about where clippings are thrown or if we need a mow. I just decide and turn it on. Love, love love this!

I LOVE my Luba 2 AWD 5000H lawn mower! I have a large lawn, about 1 acre, and been using my Luba for the last 2 summers. It’s an incredible stress reliever to know the lawn is mowed on a regular schedule while I’m at work. I also appreciate that it’s low maintenance and I can switch the blades myself. The mower does sometimes get stuck or loses signal on my wooded lot and needs to be manually moved/restarted. I look forward to the day I can do that remotely from the app.

We had positive quick contact from Mammotion staff as the chatbot system works well. They asked clear questions and gave concise answers to our queries. They didn’t hesitate to forward us onto the technicians who were able to resolve our issues quickly and as is the case nowadays, remotely. Great service

Been great to work with and it has been a great machine! Had an issue with it after heavy use and the company paid for shipping and made it right. Would buy one again.

Robot works perfectly. Unfortunately, the power supply failed after a year. Customer service via app was helpful but required a lot of documentation (measuring with a multimeter is certainly not easy for everyone). A new power supply is now being shipped.

I waited for a Robot-Mower which doesn't need to dig a wire and I found one from Mammotion: my Yuka 1500 is an absolute delight. Esasy to install and great results - would buy it again!

Heute hat mein MAMMOTION LUBA 2 AWD 5000x wirklich tolle Arbeit geleistet, trotz Regen in der Nacht und Fallobst , Laub und kleine Äste unter den Bäumen hat er 40% die 1350 m2 grosen Hanglage sehr unwegsame Böschung mit teilweise über 80% Steigung von 10:00 uhr bis 13:00 uhr mit einer Akku ladung bravorös und störungsfrei gemeistert. Ich bin sehr froh über meine Entscheidung mich für dieses Modell zu entscheiden und freue mich auf eine hoffentich sehr lange und gute Arbeit meines Mährobotters und Liebe Grüße aus Österreich

The Mammotion robotic lawnmower is incredibly efficient, with flawless technology.
A mowing system that surpasses its competitors, having tested them.
I also recommend the customer service, which is attentive and very responsive.

Support is great, even though there is no actual need for it as everything is on with the product. I had only a specific situation to check on. The yuka mini runs now for the whole season without ANY issues. Very satisfied :)

My Luba AWD has made my garden maintenance incredibly easy! I have a 4,000 m² property with some very steep slopes, which posed no problems whatsoever for this mower.
Unfortunately, it once fell off a bridge and both front axles broke. This issue was quickly resolved without any hassle thanks to their professional support team. It was definitely the best decision I could have made.
I highly recommend it to everyone!
