Our delivery team confirmed delivery on the 16th, and documented they were instructed (by a note on your door) to leave the parcel for you in a specific location. Amazing customer service same hour responses and always managed to answer any queries. Unfortunately one of my kool pop freeze poles burst and was missing 2 small items. However they got straight back to me and sent out more the next day. Such nice people amazing experience with such great prices will be ordering more.
