Abysmal customer service. Rude and condescending, and noticed this is a common theme as well. Check out the Google reviews, owner is a spoiled delusional brat who can't take criticism. I would not trust them with my parcel.

I got myself an account at USAbox to just receive one package from the US and forward it to me in Germany, then I closed the account. It did take around a week for USAbox to show me in my account that the package arrived - so I would consider the service a little slow. But other than that, everything worked perfectly. So I would say that it's quite old-school, especially the User Interface, but despite that the service all in itself is flawless. I decided to write this review because my experience was quite pleasant overall and I consider USAbox to be a white sheep, since feeling like this exact industry is prone to scams.

I did not really care about the price, so I didn't compare it to any other similar service providers. But I did pay around 85 USD for shipping and 10 USD monthly for the membership (I had it for 3 months).

Amidst some of the more negative reviews here (which typically have to do with how unfriendly customer service behaves and how it reacts to requests and mails) I'd like to leave the following positive review:

I have been a customer since 2003, and the company never missed a heartbeat and has always been very reliable and professional. All packages arrived and got processed and finally forwarded from the US to the EU according to promises and expectations.
The logistic forwarders (I typically select Fedex) also proved to be highly reliable and very fast (3-4 days between placing the forwarding order with Usabox and the arrival on my doorstep in the Netherlands is no exception)
Usabox is a bit more expensive than some others maybe, but I find it to be worth it, given the service that they have now been providing me for over 20 years.

Overpriced parcel forwarding fees. Rude and unprofessional service. They dont answer your questions properly, they are rude, condescendants (that's so Miami!) and slow at replying. They are the kind of people who are here to take your money, but never help solve your issues. Lazy! Dont waste your time, other companies offer the same service with a much better customer service and an online chat support. No need to answer im not a customer or a competitor, u seem to love to reply this to unsatisfied customers!

Horrible customer service, super overpriced, $9.99 to scan one page of mail. Do not recommend.

Rotten service, took weeks to get answers , never read my G mails ,international shipping rates 2/3rds. more than competitors , poorly trained staff , & spent hours on PC to no avail ! Overall experience was a Horror Show ! Beware !
