The Real place to Apply for ESTA cost: 40,27 US dollars. per person. This company start by saying it cost 40,27 US dollars. Then when you have type down you info and have typed you credit card info.
They Charge you 270 US dollars.

and that is my reason why I give them 2 stars. The transparency are not alright

My process buying an ESTA entrance was processed within 24 hours.

I first found out a week later that it was processed and have it as a document now.

However I cannot find the document in the Official ESTA app.

On October 9, 2026, I applied for two ESTAs through usaestaportal.info and paid USD 540. The company later explained by email that each USD 270 charge consisted of a USD 40.27 government fee and a USD 229.73 service fee. The service fees for two travelers totaled USD 459.46. I received an email stating that both ESTAs were approved.

I did not clearly understand the size of the separate service fee when applying. My order confirmation and approval emails did not contain the price breakdown. The company states that the charges were displayed before payment.

When the current application flow was checked again, the USD 540 total was displayed. However, the final checkout showed “ESTA fee USD $540” without a visible monetary breakdown separating government and service fees. This is an observation of the current website, not proof of what appeared during my original checkout.

I requested a service fee refund. The company replied that a full refund was unavailable because the applications had already been submitted or approved. My service fee refund request remains unresolved, and I am discussing the matter with my card issuer. I will update this review when there is an outcome

I intended to apply for the official U.S. ESTA. I later discovered I had used a third-party service that charged approximately US$230 in additional service fees. The ESTA was approved, but the price was not transparently reported and they did as if it were the official side. I would not have purchased the service if I had understood the additional charge.

Total scam site - said $40.27 then took $240 - it asked me to verify via my banking app and I immediately cancelled without doing so when I saw the sum requested but it still was able to take the money without approval. Have contacted for a refund and have spoken to my bank to log a complaint - DO NOT TOUCH THEM!!

Pretends to be an official ESTA visa portal and states the 40 dollar fee at the beginning of the process, and once the application is complete, charges 270 dollars! I contacted them immediately and they have agreed to refund my money, stop the application and remove my personal data. I am hoping they follow through on their promises

J’ai utilisé ce site en pensant effectuer une démarche pour obtenir mon ESTA américain. Ce n’est qu’après coup que j’ai compris clairement qu’il s’agissait d’un site privé qui se substitue aux démarches officielles, et non du site du gouvernement américain.

Certes, il semble être indiqué dans les mentions que le site est un intermédiaire privé. Mais, à mon sens, cette information n’est pas suffisamment mise en évidence au moment où l’on entreprend la démarche. La présentation du site et la nature de la démarche peuvent facilement donner l’impression que l’on est sur un service officiel ou directement lié aux autorités américaines.

Le montant demandé, 245 €, m’a également particulièrement interpellée pour une démarche ESTA. Heureusement, après mes démarches et mes demandes de remboursement, le paiement n’a finalement pas été débité de mon compte.

Ce qui m’inquiète surtout aujourd’hui, c’est que j’ai transmis à ce site des informations personnelles importantes : une pièce d’identité, mon numéro de carte bancaire, mon adresse e-mail et mon numéro de téléphone.

Même si la somme n’a finalement pas été prélevée, je reste avec un profond sentiment de manque de transparence et de confiance concernant la manière dont cette démarche est présentée et les informations personnelles qui sont collectées.

Je partage donc mon expérience pour que d’autres personnes soient particulièrement vigilantes et prennent le temps de vérifier qu’elles sont bien sur le site officiel des autorités américaines avant de transmettre leurs données personnelles et bancaires.

Mon objectif n’est pas d’accuser sans preuve, mais simplement de faire part d’une expérience qui, personnellement, m’a laissée très méfiante.
