I ordered 45669M165479 (order number) back in March.
It is a retro waffle knit sweatshirt. I live in Goodyear AZ and shirt was delivered to Buckeye AZ. I CANNOT GET ANYWHERE with this company except that it was delivered to Buckeye not Goodyear.
I would NOT recommend this company to a dog!!!!!

I ordered something over a month ago The company does not want to give me my money back. They keep saying the item is on his way.

I ordered breast cancer awareness sweat pants to go with the matching sweatshirt a friend had gifted me. I paid over $30 for them. I bought my size according to their size chart. However, they were 2 sizes too big. I asked how to return them and get a smaller size. They told me it would be too costly for me to return them. And, they offered me a $3 refund! After several emails back and forth they finally said they couldn't offer me anymore than $9! I guess I'm just stuck with sweat pants that I cannot wear and $9. DO NOT BUY FROM USA HEALTH AWARENESS!!

You must understand the the companies advertising on FB and IG are not from the US. They are all from foreign countries. They get your money, cheat you, then scam you out of the majority of what you paid. I pay for EVERYTHING through PayPal. If there's no paypal option, I do not buy it. PayPal will take your money back from the company if you do not receive the product as promised.

I ordered a very pretty top that was advertised. What I got was a completely different look and it was very poorly made. I believe, but can't prove, that it was stolen merchandise. All of the labels inside were cut off so there are no washing instructions, what it is made of or even where it was made. Tried to make good with the company but they wanted to give me $6.00 for good faith!

USA health awareness, I thought they were made in the USA. They're not it's China. I ordered a beautiful blouse and what I received was something totally different. When I went back to the company they first offered me $3 if I was unhappy, it wasn't what I ordered I wanted to make a return I wanted my money back. They offered me $5 and said it was too bad and they're trying to satisfy me. I sent them a picture of what I ordered and what I received again, they were wrong. They offered me $10, I went back to my credit card and disputed the charges. My credit card company credited my account back, the shirt was $56 entirely too much money for what they shipped and, the wrong product. If I wanted to return it I'd have to pay for the return myself. Don't order from this company very bad. Cindy g

I have placed orders in the past from companies that I was unaware were in China, and swore to never do it again. Before I placed this order I looked for shipping origin but it was not listed. The pictures of the 2 blouses I ordered were beautiful. The blouses I received were the same colors, and that's the only similarity. The material is very thin and the sizes run 1 or 2 sizes smaller. Also to say, these will shrink in the wash.

Any returns are paid for by the customer. These blouses were expensive for what they are, returning them overseas would double the expense.
Very sorry I did not look at trustpilot before ordering!!

They are not true to size and when you want to return they will not accept what you paid only wanted to give me 5 dollars when I paid 40. It is a scam site

The quality of the sweatshirt I ordered was so cheap! It reminded me of a single use disposable fabric. I emailed USA Health and their response was to offer me a 3.00 refund.

I ordered the Women's Casual Pink Ribbon Patchwork Denim Sweatshirt. The sleeves were so long they covered my hands and the neck opening was so small the I could not fasten it in the back. Only a person that is 6' tall and extremely skinny neck could wear it. I would not ever buy from this company again.

This is a scam that makes you think you are ordering for breast cancer. I ordered a blouse, not cheap and I spent over $60 for a top that looked nothing like the image shown. They would not accept a return and refund for the whole amount, only offering to pay $4, as it would be too expensive to return to China.
