There was an issue with my order delivery. Basically it wasn’t delivered and when I got a hold of someone there was a replacement order out to me within 2 days!

I received my package in a very timely fashion that made a difference.

I HAVE ASKING YOU THIS QUESTION AND GETTING NO RESPONSE. IF YOU ARE GIVEN A URINE OR PISS TEST, DOES IT COME BACK POSITIVE FOR THC. LIKE IF YOU GET HURT AT WORK THEY PISS TEST YOU TO SEE IF YOU WERE IMPAIRED RESULTING IN THE INSURANCE BY SAID EMPLOTER NOT P[AYING FOR THE TREATMENT. THAT IS IN IMPORTANT TO KNOW.

Updated review: customer service was 5 stars after my initial review of 1 star. They got ahold of me so quickly and replaced my order and have a great sale going on right now too. ALWAYS double check everything as the website is very janky and it still messed up my shipping address this time and I made SURE I entered everything in correctly. Once they get back to you though they are very kind and made sure I was taken care of. I just hope this order comes in correctly and I will continue to be a customer if so.

OG Review: The product is decent but not great. Besides that, I tried every avenue to try to get ahold of someone for customer service because they changed my shipping address to my billing address after I placed the order and then could NEVER get ahold of someone to remedy it. Thankfully I had mail forwarding but if you have any problems at all ever you will not get in contact with them.

First, I have ordered from you guys numerous time. When I ordered, I got an email. It says if you have any questions reply to the email or text to the number in the email. I replied to the email and I text the number asking do you have an ETA when my order will arrive? No response. Crickets. I ordered on September 16. You guys took my money I’m still waiting for my order. How long is it going to take? Simple question.

Did not ship as promised. Unresponsive to multiple texts, requests for assistance.

this product has changed my life. My anxiety was at an all time high, and it’s not even like i feel a weird feeling when taking this product, i just feel more like myself without all the extra anxiety.

Three weeks ago I placed an order. I was charged for my full order that day. After a week without any product shipping I contacted the company to check the status. No response. I tried again, no response, so I cancelled the order in writing as it had not processed and shipped. Within a day I received a message that my order was in process although several items were on back order. I asked how long would the back order be and received no response. I received no tracking. The product was advertised as ‘2 day air shipping.’ I received 3 products out of many 2.5 WEEKS later. None of my other items were shipped, there is no available tracking. I sent three more emails trying to get this order cancelled and to get a refund. Or get my order- SOMETHING!!!!! I have not gotten what I paid for. No response, no response, no response. At this point I need to call my credit card company and dispute the $363.10 charge. Very very disappointing. I would be happy to send the unopened product that I did receive but when I asked if I should send it back, well…. No Response.

5 days and the package is still waiting for pick up. It hard to understand why it still has not left after this many days. Why would you ask me for a review before the product even ships?

I use the 1000mg of cbd that has helped when I was getting panic attacks at work. I decided to finally try some for my fur baby that is terrified of fireworks, he took the 500mg and it worked so well. I had a prescription from the vet for his seperation anxiety and that didn't even help. I'm glad I found something that works for the both of us. Thank you!

Jake is always so accommodating there have been times when I missed a cell by a day and he honored it for me. He is just such a wonderful soul. I feel like he’s a friend even though I don’t know I’m I’ve never met him. We’ve just texted a few times. I am so grateful I found his products and I couldn’t live without the magnesium glycinate
