My experience with US Amps is the exact opposite of the negative reviews I've seen here.

I picked up an older US Amps 50.1 and have never had a single issue with it. But the amp is only part of the story. When I arrived to pick up my gear, their team asked to see my car, just curious what I was running. Turns out the previous owner had connected my positive terminal in a way that was a fire hazard waiting to happen. MJ and his team refused to let me leave until it was fixed. Right then and there, no charge, no hesitation. I drove off safer than I came in, by pure chance.

A year later, I damaged a piece on two of my 3-way crossovers. My own negligence, not a product defect. US Amps sent me replacement parts anyway. 1 YEAR after the purchase, with me pushing those speakers hard. That is the kind of company this is.

Does that sound like the business described in those other reviews? I think not and my experience is echoed by the countless competitors who show up and win with US Amps gear.

A+ product. A+ service. A+ people.

Ordered a amplifier in april 2025..
With certain promises.
The communication was short headed although ok in the start..
No communication regarding the process underway.
Slow and silent.
And i have seen this type before, and it was not good..

We are now in august 2025, and the owner cancelled my order twice now, and even more product was ordered, they are also cancelled now. All because of his hot headedness.
Not ready to have any critics.
He is not ready to get additional questions about when its ready or when its shipped.
And dosent keep record of what is promised to the client.
Even if asked very politely.

He is lucky young kids are keeping the skinny dream alive online.

And now its totally out of bounds, making personal statements and the trust i showed him he is now turning around and using it against me..

Never never never will i use this company for what you think is needed.

This is my true and honest review of U.S. Amps

January of 2023, I Ordered 3 old school U.S. amps and provided payment upon request.
Waited months and nothing.
Made multiple contacts to US amps and only received the run around with ridiculous excuses like blaming the FLORIDA weather for being too cold.

After more than a year I still never received the amps and was never charged.

They were dishonest with me and were unable to honor the sale with the vintage amps that were requested and promised.
