If i could I wouldve give u guys zero stars.
What a bunch of money thirsty wolf's. Every dirham is money so if they get the chance to would bankrupt u. So plz dont hire from these guys unless u wanna ruin ur vacation. Fez Hire car group and U-safe says it al, u dont know who's responsible for returning ur upfront money etc.

Je déconseille fortement U-Save à l'aéroport de Fès. Franchement, c'était une expérience catastrophique !

Ils affichent des prix de location très attractifs pour attirer les clients, mais une fois sur place, c'est une tout autre histoire. Le prix augmente considérablement, la caution est beaucoup plus élevée que prévu et on vous impose une carte de crédit au lieu d'une carte de débit, sans que ces conditions soient clairement expliquées au moment de la réservation.

Je suis arrivé vers 1 h du matin, fatigué après mon voyage, et je me suis retrouvé devant des frais supplémentaires complètement inattendus. Le personnel était désagréable, peu professionnel et ne cherchait absolument pas à trouver une solution. Au contraire, j'ai eu l'impression qu'on profitait de ma situation, sachant que je n'avais pratiquement aucune autre possibilité à cette heure-là. J'ai donc été contraint d'accepter leurs conditions.

Et le pire, c'est que je n'étais pas le seul ! D'autres clients présents sur place rencontraient exactement les mêmes problèmes. Cela donne vraiment l'impression que ces pratiques sont habituelles.

Pour moi, ce sont des pratiques commerciales trompeuses. On attire les clients avec des prix bas, puis on leur impose des conditions et des frais supplémentaires une fois qu'ils sont sur place.

Un conseil : ne vous laissez pas attirer par leurs prix affichés ! Vous risquez de payer beaucoup plus cher que prévu et de commencer votre séjour dans des conditions très désagréables.

Je ne louerai plus jamais chez U-Save Fès et je déconseille fortement cette agence. À éviter absolument !

Avoid U-Save Fez Airport! Hidden charges and terrible customer service!

One of the worst car rental experiences I've ever had. I would strongly recommend staying away from U-Save at Fez Airport.

They lure customers in with cheap rental prices, but once you get to the counter, it's a completely different story. Suddenly, the price goes up significantly, the security deposit is much higher than expected, and they refuse to accept debit cards, insisting on a credit card instead. None of this was made clear when I booked.

I arrived at around 1 AM, exhausted from travelling, and was hit with all these unexpected conditions. The staff member was extremely rude, unhelpful, and made an already stressful situation even worse. At that time of night, you're basically stuck with no other options, and I felt they were taking full advantage of that.

What shocked me even more was seeing other customers going through the exact same thing. I wasn't the only one arguing about unexpected charges and ridiculous conditions. It honestly felt like this was something they did regularly.

This is exactly the kind of experience that ruins the start of a holiday. You book a car thinking you've found a good deal, only to end up paying far more than you expected.

Don't fall for their cheap advertised prices. What looks like a bargain can quickly turn into a nightmare.

I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. Never again!

Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration. Book somewhere else. Avoid this company at all costs!

Rundum zufrieden! Die Übergabe war sehr pünktlich, die Autos waren gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das sehr freundliche Personal, vor allem in Fès. Ich miete gerne jederzeit wieder hier!

Absolutely awful . I will highly recommend not to use any car hire in Morroco. I am waiting for my refund of charges they took out of my wofe banks account and I want this back ASAP. Or else I will file a small claim court .
