I spoke to the rep and everything seemed fine until he asked to send documents to the attorney. He either failed to send anything, or sent it to the wrong address. Once confronted the guy got defensive and said he was too uncomfortable: I immediately hung up the phone and deleted everything from, US Claims.

totallu non responsive and unfriendly. more importantly their rates are high. you have to compare each company to another. when i did this i compared the bottom line repayment amount from one company to another. i did like 6 companies and found one. us claims vs oasis vs tribeca funding vs redwood funding vs walraven funding

Horrible communication. Called 4 times, each time left a message for a week. Finally called again to find out that I was denied. I eventually was funded by another company but should not had to have dealt with this from this company. They don’t care at all. People out here needing real help. Shame on you. I’m serious, do Not work with this company. You will be sorry.

This company doesn't communicate or follow up with the customer. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs funding because they don't care enough to actually process your application.

Our attorneys office has been trying to contact these guys for a week to pay off our loan and they're non responsive.. just racking up their fees. I wouldn't use these guys. Everything goes through a cell phone.. they don't pay off other loans before moving forward with opening another either so we've been accruing fees on another loan as well. This screams scam to me. Some guy from their "sister company" called on a Saturday and blew serious smoke about being able to get more money that following Monday.. haven't heard from him since. **AVOID**

Worst company I've ever dealt with in general in my life.. they would not cancel my application due to me going with a different company. Canceled 2 days prior,now they are refusing to stop application process. Customer service is very rude. Supervisor supposedly was very rude just now wouldn't allow me to talk. I faced challenges securing a settlement loan due to a small lien, despite having a significant personal injury settlement. Both High Rise Financial and Nova Lending denied my application. Nova Lending initially approved me for $7,500, but I had already signed a $2,000 contract with High Rise. They later rejected me, citing the lien, which I believe my attorney, Mr. Ernest Reece, mentioned. When I expressed my difficult situation, he didn’t suggest a settlement loan, which left me feeling unsupported. If I didn’t receive the help I needed, I was ready to part ways with him, as I felt he didn’t deserve a share of my pain and suffering compensation.

After that causing me a frustration I contacted my law firm and spoke with Oneil I told him my situation he is the one who helped me secure a $2,000 loan from us claims As someone recovering from knee surgery and unable to work, I believe it should be easier for individuals like me to get loans compared to others who have not faced similar challenges like invasive surgery

Scott was amazing. He helped me and my family get through a real challenging time in our lives. usclaims were the only pre settlement funding companies willing to take a look at my case because it involves mold. The process was so simple and quick, they definitely live up to their slogan of being simplified
