Now that my relocation is complete, i can say that US Household Moving is the best mover that money can buy!! I'm happy with what they did for us and could recommend these guys for that that needs a competent mover. I know that moving is not easy, that's why its important to find the right guys for the job. Ask for Chris Peterson when you call and he will give you the best estimate!!

This was a moving company that understood the importance of time management, communication and commitment. All of these traits were exhibited flawlessly during this move and as a resuit, it went very well. Thank you so much for maintaining a high level of customer service and performance overall. Highly recommended your company to others already!

I'm very happy with this relocation and would recommend US Household Moving to all family and friends. When you're in a crunch or need this stuff done on short notice, they are available to get the job done. Our movers backed out and we needed a mover within a week. I researched reviews and companies online and these guys looked good so i took the jump and i'm not disappointed one bit. Overall, everything went according to plan and we are now in our forever home starting our new lives!!

We loved our moving team who were all very nice and polite throughout the whole relocation. If there is a one sticking point i can find, it's that the delivery was a date late, but they called ahead of time about issues with the truck. Things happend and thats understandable, but i had to rearrange my schedule and go an extra day without my stuff. However, the price was on point so i still saved alot of money by going with them over the other choices!!

Overall i couldn't ask for a better move cause we had to make last minute changes with our movrs. If it wasnt for the fact that US Household Moving came through when others didnt, i dont know what i would do right now. Everything was professionally handled right from the start and i appreciate them being careful about my belongings. We have alot of antique stuff and i was worried about damages but im happy to report there were none.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not trust Chris P, John, Tyler or anyone there. They took our deposit LIED to us about being a broker until they had to tell us because they sent our contract to the carrier instead of us. The carrier they sent our contract to has an F RATING BY THE BBB! They spoke about 20+ years in moving and 5-star reviews, but when I asked about the ratings they got mean and condescending. Don't trust this company with your money or your belongings.

This was a very well planned move. I am very satisfied with how professional and accountable this long distance moving company was. I can’t recommend them enough if you’re contemplating a long distance move!

Very smooth moving experience by Us Household Moving & Storage. They were very professional and completely accountable for all of my belongings. Compared to other movers I’ve used in the past, they communicated much better and could uphold a timeline very well. So their time management, communication and attention to detail were all excellent. Would recommend and use them again for future moves. Thanks again.

We moved back in April but I'm just getting to write my review now. Things have been so hectic that I have not had the opportunity, but I'm happy that US household moving made one part of my relocation very smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this company if you're looking to move across state lines because they know what they are doing an offer a good price.

When a mover does everything you want them to do without hesitation that is a success for me. I know what happens with a lot of movers and how they disappoint their clients but US household moving really did everything right for me and my family. I couldn't ask for anything more especially the hard work by Mark to make sure that our things arrived on time. More movers like this would make the process awesome with her for many families.

Us Household agreed to move my things last minute which was a welcome change of pace to the day I was having. The other moving company we hired cancelled and we were stuck not knowing what to do, at least momentarily. After several hours of figuring out what to do, I got into contact with Us Household and was able to finalize my moving plans. They were able to move my family the same day! Awesome company that really turned a bad situation into a favorable one!

Deeply professional company and overall experience. They have been able to completely and utterly satisfy my family during this moving experience. Nothing has been unaccounted for. Their approach has been hands on, communicative and transparent, which has made us feel comfortable and inclined to believe that we're dealing with a group of professional, experienced movers. Based on their actions, we have no reason to believe that they are highly experienced and in it for more than just the money. Well done on this move.

They've done everything we wanted so I have no complaints. My precious Pottery was securely delivered and not one piece was damaged which was my biggest concern. I think Mark for being very receptive answering all of my questions because I know I can be sometimes annoying. If you have a chance to use these movers I recommend you do so because you won't be disappointed.

Great moving experience with this cross country moving company. They outdid my expectations by keeping me updated and delivering on what was agreed on in every way imaginable. The final price remained the same, the furniture and boxes were maneuvered into my new home carefully and the communication never waivered. Well done!

Acceptable outcome for my recent move. It wasn’t perfect, but it was far from imperfect as well. Us Household Maintained their professionalism and quality of service throughout the move with a few hiccups but nothing worth not recommending them for. Overall, my things arrived unscathed and that’s what was most important to me.

It’s seldom seen that a moving company hold up their end of the bargain without adding in additional fees or taking much longer than the estimated delivery time. They were 100% professional and compliant with the schedule they gave us at the very beginning stages of the project.

Expectations were made clear and communication was fluent. Our things were handled and delivered diligently. There were no scratches or damages of any kind on our furniture or boxed things. Also, they maneuvered our furniture and boxes into our new home without breaking or damaging anything. Well done!

I'm really happy with what you was household moving has done with our move. We were on a crunch for time and they came through just with the services that we needed. Affordable pricing and fast turnaround time. We saved about five hundred bucks because we went with these guys over the local people. Best of all, they specialize in Interstate moves which is what our house was. I give them five stars across the board.

Zero stars . scam company!!!!!! Beware they are a big scam and fraud company who just tAkes your deposit and never move your stuff and they just say we signed an agreement and its just an estimate move dates and they gaurentee any dates of the move . even after the estimated move date we have, after 15 days they never ever intended to move the stuff as they just are looking to keep the money we paid them as deposit which is $600 and when I asked to give me date when my stuff will be picked up and if they will store it as it says 30 days free storing and they said they don't even have a truck to pick and store and they never moved the stuff. I had to pay the different company to move my stuff at the end as I already lost 15 days being behind them to check when they will move my stuff . they are not to be trusted and their customer service hangs phone on us when we question about the move and when they will move . they just say we don't have any information at this time and hangs the phone .

Please be aware … never go with this type of broker companies who just are looking to take your money for not providing any service

They suck- wants to charge me an ADDITIONAL $1400 after i was told the price!! this is ridiculous!! Please avoid if necessary!!!
