I bought a mailbox, I asked if it was PMG approved, which my HOA required, they said yes, apparently it was not as my HOA acc president went to the manufacturer to find out.. and now I am stuck trying to work w local post office to get approval for box. Geeze

I ordered and received it all according to what was said. Easy to install and very durable.

We ordered new mailboxes for our Community and they were super helpful in making sure we got the correct ones. Shipping was fast and even though there was a tiny mix-up in where it was being shipped, they were super quick to get it fixed and sent to the right place!

At first I was a little hesitant because I hadn’t ordered through them before but, this was probably the most straightforward and hassle free purchase I’ve made.

Ordering the item was straight forward but I was given two delivery dates where it was not delivered.
I was called to advise on the first delivery date between 10-3pm. Was not delivered.

I ended up calling dominion and was given another delivery date with a window 1-5pm. Was not delivered.
I tracked the delivery and it was showing in transit. Few days later I checked tracking and saw it was out for delivery. I was called when the truck was in the area and it was delivered that day 04/03/2023.
The driver could not get it through the door of our maintenance room so left it outside for us to break down.
All in the delivery experience was a little frustrating but I'm glad we have a new mailbox.
