My experience using your website…
My experience using your website platform for my first time went so smoothly and everything just worked out perfectly! The current mailbox for the apartment building that I manage just so happens to have the exact same dimensions as the one I purchased so it felt like fate, I had to purchase one through your company!
This was somewhat an emergency situation because our mailbox was damaged due to theft, so we needed a replacement ASAP. The instructions given to us before we made the transaction were very detailed but also clear and concise. Thank you US POST COMPANY for making me feel at ease with this purchase and for a wonderful experience!

U.S. Postal Staff Know Their Product
Chat online assistance (Chat) was quick and easy to use, and all questions were answered precisely. Delivery was about half the time estimated and the postal box arrived in excellent condition. The product itself is well built and meets US Postal System standards. We are now waiting for them to install their lock.
