I had a reservation for tues morning and when I got there, the man said I didn't and the price was going to be different than what I had reserved. Then he said I had to but ins, which I didn't need. My around experience terrible. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Better prices than most & lots more availability

Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

My experience renting from your company was excellent. The service that was provided by Michael was superb! He was friendly, very well informed, and he helped me to get exactly what I needed in a very timely and efficient way.

I reserved my storage unit reservation on line, the process was easy to navigate and only took a few minutes, the cost was broken down to what I would actually spend and surprisingly with no hidden costs! The following morning at the facilities office, I was cheerfully greeted by the two attendants on staff (Jenna was the young lady who helped me with the entire orientation process) The process was rather in depth and but Jenna who had memorized the entire presentation made the process quick and painless without missing a single point.I was quickly shuttled to my storage garage via golf cart for an inspection. The entire process was conducted in a very friendly but professional manner, I was very impressed with the overall service. I would have given the overall transaction five stars but the entrance gate was undergoing a complete, well needed rebuild, I know for a fact that the gate has been problematic for many years although no fault of the attendants.

I was able to easily find what I needed at a price I liked. After I booked my reservation, the local manager called to introduce himself and find out exactly what I needed from my storage unit. Very impressed!

The cost of the unit was good and the manager was wonderful. Very through on the rules and how it works. The unit is clean and the area around the unit is also clean.

What an easy transaction. This place is super nice and clean EVERY TIME WE HAVE BEEN THERE. The gal in the office (sorry forgot her name) is very friendly and efficient. Happy we rented here!

We reserved a 10x10 unit online with move in date two days out. Two days later while we were driving to the facility from 2 hours away with trailer in tow, we received a call telling us the 10x10 was no longer available and that we'd have to take a 10x15 for extra cost. Since we didn't have a lot of choice at that point, we said OK and continued to the facility. We then got a call about 30 minutes from the facility that someone else was heading there to rent the 10x15 and we'd better hurry if we want it. When we arrived we were told the 10x15 was no longer available and we'd have to take a 10x20 for more than double the cost we'd originally reserved and agreed to for the 10x10. We were told very matter-of-factly that online reservations are not reservations at all, only appointments to have the privilege to go in and visit with her and perhaps we would be allowed to rent a unit (she didn't really say the last part, but her body language did). She then told us there is also a mandatory $24 fee that was not discussed previously and mandatory insurance and our $52 storage was now $133. We let her know we had no interest dealing with her shady company and that it was the most run-down storage facility we'd ever seen. I went a few miles away and got a 15x30 for $70/month in a nicer facility with trustworthy employees and practices.
