I have sent 2 emails trying to get an update on my order, because when I checked out it didn’t give me an option to make an account, but in order to track the delivery, you have to login to your account. I created my account, but order is nowhere to be found. No response or assistance from anyone. Starting to think they are a scam.

Update: The support team finally reached out to me and gave me actual tracking numbers that the original email didn’t supply. They also offered compensation for my frustrations. I am keeping it at 4 stars only because I feel it took the 1-star review for them to respond to me. Once they did respond, they were awesome. The main part of the shipment arrived and is as advertised. I enjoy it.

My order hasn’t been shipped and I haven’t received a tracking number. The website is down and there is no way for me to get in contact with the company. Do NOT buy from this company!

Non so, ma io all'inizio non riuscivo più a trovare il link in internet, poi improvvisamente è ritornato. Stranamente non riesco a rintracciare il pacco di spedizione e quindi non so che fine abbia fatto. Spero che qualcosa ne venga fuori da tutto questo perché non vorrei aver perso circa €600.... per ora aspetterò ancora qualche giorno e se non ci saranno buone novità, dovrò prendere drastiche decisioni.

Online ordering was easy and when there was a minor delay, email customer service was quick and responsive.

I've read some reviews about this company being a scam or the delivery takes ages. I'll be honest and thought the same at first, but they are a legit business, and delivery took up to one week with no problems. The Customer Service was great, and replied to all my emails, along with reassurances that I would receive my order.

The order itself (without going into too much detail) is fantastic, and everything I imagined it to be. You have one very "satisfied" customer here.

They're honest in that when the product is out of stock they don't hesitate to let you know on time. I believe the product worth its price. Waiting to receive my order to have the real experience.

I am happy that I got my new friend. It did have the wrong color eyes and no wig, but they messaged me back right away and assured me that the right ones will be in the mail. and she is a very cute life like. and a few fingernails came off real easy. But I’d have to say I’m happy with my order.

Here with an update 4-7-2024 my machine is still amazing and doing what it's supposed to! Costumer service reached out to me and sent me a FREE attachment and I got it quickly!!
