Item was perfect, just as described. Loved the color and fit! Shipping was super-fast. When I reached out to customer service regarding a discount code, they answered promptly and were very helpful (I wasn't seeing that the discount had already been applied- even though it looked like it wasn't accepting the code online). It was my mistake, they were quick to answer and helped me out.

The shipping was delayed I am assuming due to weather but the mittens were found to be warm in the zero and below weather we are having this year in New York State. Shoveling and snow blowing was much warmer that ski gloves.

Great price and selection of snowboard boots. Shipping was quick. I had to do a return for a different size and that was very easy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a pair of North Face bibs for a ski trip and paid for 2 day shipping. It arrived at the FedEx facility in our town, but three weeks later, they still have not been delivered. I have asked multiple times for Utah Skis to cancel the order and refund our money, but they will not, saying it is a FedEx problem. I think it is terrible customer service to charge us for a product that has never been delivered. Ultimately it is their responsibility to ensure timely delivery and not leave it on the customer to deal with FedEx. It's honestly been the most frustrating and disappointing experience.
