The woman who called me was incredibly nice and helpful and took into consideration my previous health experience with UTIs. She quickly diagnosed me and within 24hrs I had my prescription ready at my local pharmacy. Cost and time-wise it was incredibly quicker and easier than having to go to my regular doctor and is such a handy service, especially given the current environment with COVID-19.

If i could give negative stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before being scammed, but those who have experienced a UTI or kidney infection know time is NOT on our side....I was DESPERATE for help.

I am from California and was in Tennessee to help move my boyfriends kid into her new apartment at school. What started as a mild UTI turned into a kidney infection incredibly fast. I went online to see if there was a Kaiser anywhere near me, since that is where I am insured, only to find out there wasn't one for hundreds of thousands of miles away.

I came across utitreatment.com and called to speak to a representative. She informed me to go online to fill out the questionnaire and that a doctor would contact me within 3-4 hours. I called at 4:15pm. 3 hours later.....nothing. 4 hours later....nothing.

I took some pain medication and fell asleep. As soon as I woke up I called the number and spoke with a woman who said that she was so sorry no one had contacted me, but they were "backed up" and I would be contacted within the hour. One hour passed....nothing. Two hours passed...nothing.

I called AGAIN telling her I was in terrible pain and that it was an emergency that someone contact me. She told me she forwarded my case to the "escalations team" and that a doctor would be calling me shortly. 5 hours later NOTHING. I ended up in the emergency room....you can imagine how expensive that is with no insurance.

After I got out I called back to tell them what had happened and how furious I was with what happened. I asked that they give me an emailed receipt showing they refunded my money. Im still waiting on that email and my full refund.

Moral of the story...THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
