You know...what can I say. It started ok, I filled out the form (past 8pm), paid so I received a text around 9 am saying a Dr. was going to call shortly. I called to ask for the call to be after 12:30 pm as I had several meetings. The Dr. calls at 11:30 am, of course I couldn't answer, then he called back after an hour. Asked a few questions, determined indeed was an UTI and told me he was going to send in the prescription. I asked what were the side effects of the pill, if any, and he told me read the pamphlet when you get it...mmmm okay but you are the doctor can't you tell me? He didnt, went to my pharmacy at 5pm no prescription. Chatted online, they cannot check online. Called, end up being he sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Called the correct pharmacy nothing. It is 7pm by now. I am leaving the next morning at 6am and I have no prescription. DO NOT USE THEM. I should've just gone to Patient First and get this over with. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME NOR MONEY.

The service on June 24,2020 was perfect. I was at the dentist when the doctor called, but it worked out good. My prescription was ready within an hour. I feel much better today. Thank you.

Quick service.. very professional and effective

This was my first time using UTItreatment.com. The doctor called me within 2 hours after I filled out the online questionnaire. The doctor asked me a few more questions and confirmed my suspicions of a UTI. They have now called in a prescription to my pharmacy. Today is Saturday. I would have had to wait until Monday to call my doctor about this. Now I can get started on the antibiotics today and get a 2-3 day jump on getting them into my system. This is a very convenient service.

Put my survey in at 12pm. Got a phone call by 3pm, and antibiotics by 4pm! Super smooth and well worth it if doctor visits don’t fit into your work schedule.
