Very helpful sorting out a problem
They say customers who experience a problem that is addressed well by the seller are more appreciative than those who have no issues. Here is a case in point. There was a problem with a bat that I had bought for my grandson. The Uzi Sports representative took it up with the manufacturer and arranged for a replacement to be delivered, i.e. without me needing to do anything myself. Exellent customer service!!

you odered on 01/10/2023, we shipped on 02/10/2023 on Next working day delivery and you received the goods on 03/10/23. Here is the proof from DHL site

Thanks fir your reply , you are not correct at all and not sure you understand when you have to write the review . we never sent you asking fir review on 2nd , request is sent by trust pilot and normally people write review after they receive the order and this is the first time a customer has sent review before giving us chance to deliver the goods which we have done within 2 days of ordering
I think we deserve better than just 1stsr. The review is required once the order is delivered not when the request for review is sent . I hope this makes sense to you we have no control on the timing of sending the review , it is done by trust pilot

New Balance Cricket shoes with Rubber soles
This is the 3rd pair of these cricket shoes I've bought.
It is the first time I have used Uzi sports.
I got a better price for the shoe including postage and the shoes came next day compared to buying them directly from the New Balance web site.
