Disappointing experience with V12 Footwear. I ordered Puma IGS boots in my usual size 9 for £76.99 and paid £6.95 extra for next-day delivery. I only tried them indoors, but the toe area squeezed my toes and my socks kept slipping down while walking, even with the boots securely laced. I tried three different pairs of socks and had the same problem each time. I explained this by email and returned the boots following their instructions. They advised registered/tracked postage, and returning them with cover for their value cost me about £8.50. They refunded £76.99 for the boots, leaving me £15.45 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. To add to the confusion, their refund email stated “Total Refunded: £83.94”, but only £76.99 reached my bank. I understand I chose the delivery upgrade, but paying both postage charges after reporting these problems has left me very disappointed. I have queried the missing delivery amount and would like a clear explanation of the contradictory refund confirmation.

I purchased these boots about 4 months ago, specifically chose the eco guard ips as they have “toe protection”.
Left toe is right through the guard and into the fibreglass and right isn’t far behind. For what I paid for these I expected more.
Rest of the boot is in good condition and they are comfy, but if your going to advertise the boots have toe protection, maybe make sure it has.

Purchased Jan 4th 2025 .. lasted approx. 3 months Before left boot came apart / unglued / unstitched .. HSE Site inspection stopped my Son from working in these boots , supplied him a new pair ..
V12 boots left in Welfare Van , which the cleaner
" binned " before my Son could collect at end of shift ... Although we had photos ( no option to attach ) of the boots ... We have been refused refund or replacement as we could not return the said boots ...
