Tried to ask if the term could be extended and this months payment added to balance to reduce my monthly or increase the monthly payments with this month + arrears spread over the remaining term, got told no as they can't make changes to the original term agreement.
will make the payment but makes the month very difficult. I think more could be done to help loyal/trusted customers.

Purchased my car with v12 finance about a year ago now. Not had any issues whatsoever and can’t fault them at all. They helped me to get a car that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to afford. Makes the car a little more expensive than it should be, but that’s to be expected when using PCP. Great company definitely reccomend!

From the word go my car was faulty. All this year I've been without a car and was put under many stresses because of the car.
I worked really hard to learn and get my licence and then get this car, i did this to feel.safer after being attacked by 2 guys on my way home late at night. I contacted the dealer ship who refused to help and hang up. I contacted car finance 24/7.who also didn't help. I also spoke with v12 who also didn't help, so was stuck with a broken car. Spent thousands of pounds on tryna fix and my anxiety, ptsd consume me all this year, whilst pregnant, stress of going in to early labour and placenta abruption due to the stress, and had difficulty travelling far to the hospital and home again to visit my sick nicu baby whilst be ill too.
I've had many other stresses this year because of the car braking down.
Difficulty for school runs day to day and I have a disabled daughter!
I was then given a phone once I started to find payments difficult.
I was given false hope of my car being fixed from v12 and all i had to do was provide some evidence.
After doing this I was left and left.
To then be told I had to spent £219 on someone else coming to inspect my car even tho my funds are dry and they know this even tho I had a registered vat garage stated otherwise that my car was already faulty before purchase. But still wasn't good enough.
Then refuse to help unless I pay more money on that car!
They called me. They gave me false hope, they started this investigation even tho I was told at the beginning nothing could be done.
This is my first experience owning a car and it's been a very stressful and difficult time.
And v12 have only added to this upset after giving false hope to me.
BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT V12 AND BE VERY CAREFUL PN GETTING A CAR FROM WEST MOTORS IN UXBRIDGE-
I wasn't allowed to test drive the car because of no petrol being within the car. Only upon buying was I allowed the keys to drive the car around the corner and fill up the car.
And refused to accept any liability and hung up the phone to me.
So from the beginning I was messed over again and again and again to this point. I've not even had the car 2 years and it's completely broke and off road.
Shame on you v12 for ringing and giving false hope that I could get help on my car being fixed!

Honestly I think this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. All I can say is stay away. I arranged finance to get a car ahead of the arrival of my first child. Initial conversations were positive and friendly and they told me if anything went wrong they would be there to help. And everything went wrong. The car started cutting out for no reason, completely defeating the point of me getting a safer car to transport a baby in. They eventually arranged to take it back to the dealer for give them chance to fix it. The dealer replaced the gearbox twice apparently and then I eventually got the car back (well I had to drive 4 hours to get it back myself). On the drive home the engine light came on and so I documented everything. They took the car back again eventually and then said two independent Investigators found nothing wrong with it. As if I was making up the fact the car has any issues. So after a year of having the car, it was basically on the garage forecourt for most of the time as I paid every month and have paid for insurance and alternative travel arrangements. The car came back a few weeks ago, and as the man drove it off the recovering truck, it cut out again. I watched it happen and recorded the man explaining this. I have been emailing them regularly asking for my final decision in writing so I can contact the ombudsman and they simply ignore me. I cannot believe how unprofessional they have been throughout. Makes you question whether there is anything wrong with the car and I have to keep reminding myself that I have had passengers in there when it has cut out on more than one occasion. I cannot warn anyone enough to STAY AWAY. I have had a year of heartache and stress from this company (and the garage) during the first 7 months of my baby's life. And I am stuck paying for a car that is not roadworthy and failed it's MOT last week for something the investigators apparently did not pick up either.
I honestly cannot believe a company would treat people like this. I thought I'd done my due diligence but I've been totally hung out to dry.

I don’t recommend this company one little bit. I’d stay well away from it. I miss one payment and I’ve never heard the last of it. Stay well away from this company.

The company acknowledged they were at fault and offered compensation, but it didn’t even cover the incorrect charges they’d applied. When I asked how they could justify keeping those extra amounts after admitting fault, no one could give me an answer — their only response was, “That’s our final decision.”
After the time, effort, and stress involved in trying to get a fair outcome, I’m deeply disappointed. It shouldn’t take escalating to the Financial Ombudsman Service just to be treated fairly and have an error properly corrected.
Updated : - Next day they made contact again after their final decision. They completely backed down on all parts of my complaint - i assume because they were well aware that the Financial Ombudsman Service could only side with myself.

When I was unfortunate to be incarcerated shortly after taking on the loan my mother in law was dealing with v12 however when she got cancer mom mother had to take over then I had a scammer hack my bank account so there were missed payments but we stayed in contact with v12 explaining what was going on they didn’t re possess the car but worked with us to get back on target. Now I’m out I have called myself and thanked them for all the assistance during this very hard Tim and am completely back to my original payment plan thanks guys and gals A***** for customer service

I have had a car financed by them through carfinance247, after a ridiculously long battle of taking the vehicle back due to major mechanical issues, finally did, I have returned the vehicle around mid April, now is nearly August and I have never received the amount I’ve paid so far, I have had confirmation that they’ve received FULL REFUND, the dealership did not make any deduction of mileage or anything else(also confirmation from carfinance247 that no deductions made) but apparently v12finance are making their own deductions on mileage, not taking to count that the vehicle has been taken back and forth 3 times to the dealership for repairs(100+ miles one way) and even after I’ve said to make me the refund of whatever is left, they failed to do so, I’ve called them numerous times, they have the money for 5+ weeks and they do nothing to refund my money, I even sent them an email that legal actions will be taken and still nothing, that left me with no options than speaking with a solicitor

These People are really Great. For first year I had no any problems to pay off debt, but than my financial situation started „rolling in the deep”. There wasn’t enough shifts for me to. I made phone calls to V12 Finance and I did let them know how bad my situation was. They really understood me. They gave me more time to come back to repayment schedule. Thank You so much Guys for Your trust to me and your support to me in really bad time.
