If I could give no stars I would Boots didn’t fit so returned with some difficulty but despite several emails showing proof of return they have not refunded my money or bothered to answer emails... Ver mais

I bought (from their site) the Vaistoa Tuohi | Barefoot Light Hiking Shoes in blueish-grey. After about 6 to 8 weeks there were already some small tears appearing where the leathery fabric is glued to the sole at the front (and both shoes and I just use for normal everyday office use, no hiking!). The tears are slowly getting larger each day. So yeah, that's my money down the drain. Temu quality as someone else mentioned somewhere. Stay away from this one :(

Rask levering og bra produkt. Veldig fornøyd
Verzending enz ging prima. Ik heb de gevilte schoenen gekocht en ze zitten heerlijk. Daarom bestelde ik ook de wintervariant. Gevoerd, iets met de zool wat je een goede grip moet geven als het glad is ( zo leek het op het filmpje). Maar de werkelijkheid is dat de koude wind er doorheen blaast en je alla minute onderuitgaat als het glad is. De sneeuw of regen komt er snel doorheen, dus zeiknatte sokken. Ze lopen heerlijk, dus bij droog en niet al te koud weer fijne schoenen. Maar in de winter… dus ik zou 5 sterren voor het comfort willen geven want ze zitten heerlijk maar ga voor 3 sterren voor de misleidende reclame, hier loop je echt niet mee door de sneeuw…
These company makes very bad shoes especially the soles. The tiiny model is too short for common patterns. I bought number 41 and its size is smaller than 40 normal shoes. They advertise it as being normal size but it’s a lie. When you complain they refuse to solve the problem giving a silly excuse and don’t replace or give money back. In my case they said that I had use it . That’s the information that I gave them explaining that after 4 hours testing them they were hurting my toes. How can we decide that shoes that are our number don’t fit our feet? These are too highly priced to have such a bad relationship with clients.

I bought as barefoot shoes but the seam at the top is rough and scratchy so super uncomfortable to wear unless using socks.

Got them replaced but couldn't post the old pair back from the UK ( they would not accept that) nor the new one delivered to the UK ( so had to run it through a friend)
The replacement split after 7 month not only over crease points over the toes but in several places.
Sorry can't recommend them - far too expensive and short lived.

Emailed with a query, wanted to know if the width would be ok for people with wider feet and took ages to respond then this reply email I sent, just totally ignored. Guess I won’t be shopping there then.
Super lækre sko, hjemmesiden har tilføjet indvendige mål på alle deres sko, så nu er det nemmere at købe den rigtige størrelse. Fejlkøb kan returneres. Fuldt reel virksomhed.
Well here is my experience.
Saw there advertising, strong campaign.
Visited there website, awesome, clean, easy to navigate, fulfilment was a breeze, confirmation email sent, dispatched next day, fully tracked door to door, boots were with me within a week,
Packaging - great, took the boots out of the box, looked exactly like the picture on the website, put them on - NICE, fitted perfectly, didn't weigh a thing, flexible and SO comfortable - thought to myself right that's the winter boot problem sorted.
Wore them for say 40 days, just everyday wear, nothing to strenuous - eventually took them on a long winter walk, my feet were soaked in minutes, and when I got back I noticed the boots had split in the same place on both feet - very very bad manufacturing, I had a summer pair of barefoot shoes (from another manufacturer) that took an absolute battering, holidays, gigs - festivals, I washed them 10 times, that cost 70% less and they are still going!!
To be fair to Viastoa, I emailed them with photo's they did get back to me, apologised, paid for the return postage, and gave me a refund - as the title of this review - what a shame.
Vaistoa if you are reading this - all the elements of your business works 100% - take a look at your manufacturing £100+ boots should not literally disintegrate like that on the first time they are used for what they are designed for.
To be honest, I shud've given it 4. But due to too many 1 ratings I felt I just had to give it 5.
Experience:
Bought winter trekking shoes, unfortunately didn't fit as I wished they would after walking around indoors for a bit.
Initiated the return process, which does demand for basic reading skills, and it was done within 4-5 minutes. This include putting shoes in the box and labelling shipping bag etc etc...
EVERY step is very clear if you just look at what the company's policy says. They are transparent when something is automated and how to get in contact with a person. They are clear about when its free and when its NOT free. (Because I saw a lot of brittish or americans who doesn't seem to understand the super clear instructions)

Quality-wise I can't judge due to only indoor usage. However, they seem to be a "special ordinary shoe". It definitely felt different by design, very roomy.

Veldig fornøyd med skoene. Kjøpte to par, et par vintersko og et par tøfler. Jeg bruker barfotsko fra før og er veldig fornøyd så lang. Rask levering fra Finland også. Ukomplisert bestilling
Always good and fast service. Once I got an answer via instagram regarding their rubber boots and the boots are always sent quickly after they have been ordered. Also I LOVE their hiking boots and the new felt boots. I can recommend.
The shoes were very weird in regards of quality and also sizing. They were too tight at the leg.
I returned some weeks ago, but still waiting for confirmation and no money back as of yet.
Worst shoes I have ever bought. Whole rubber foundation of the shoe starting falling apart after only two or three weeks! And sending a picture wasn't enough for a refund. Shoes cost 50 euros or so and I am poor as shit. Disappointed!
Nice shoe, ok quality, but a refund cost of about 10€ is way too much.
I ordered and returned after not being able to see a real difference between Temu barefoot shoes except for the huge price difference. That was over a month ago, and even after repeated messages, I still didn't get my money back. On the point that I'll have to claim it back via my credit card. Worthless, untrustworthy company that ignores emails and doesn't pay me back my money so far😤🤬

I fell for their adds but greatly regret it. The boots i bought tore after only a few weeks of use. The material proved to be too thin, making durability a serious issue. Their customer service answers were illogical, might be a.i.
