Read the reviews and I thought I would give the products ago. I have not been disappointed, I queried my eta and the company explained they have recently taken over the business and have experienced a number of issues so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I wasn't let down. I would recommend giving the company a chance.

Placed my order on 16 Jan. 1 week later, had received nothing, so emailed them. Got an apology and assurance it would be despatched. 2 days later though label created with courier it has not been received by them. So still waiting.

Placed an order on the 15th January and said 3-5 days delivery. After 1 week still not received anything so phoned them. They apologised and said it would be sorted. The Fed Ex label was printed for their tracking app. 2 weeks after order and still no product. Emailed again and they said that it below their level of customer care and would chase it up. Will wait and see when I eventually do receive the product.

Did not dispatch, neither did they offer an explanation for why.

I was a first time customer of theirs and feel completely disrespected.

Said 3-5 days delivery. Despite me asking for express. On the 5th day when it still had not arrived I called and was assured it would arrive that day. Then fedex informed me they had not received any item. Upon calling back I was informed that after I called the warehouse shipped it. So on the afternoon of the 5th day of delivery they only attempted to deliver it as I phoned to ask why it didn’t arrive on Tuesday??? Cost me the job, lost me money, friendly staff try and help. but deeply unprofessional. To not even ship by 5th day? Latest day of a long delivery I didn’t ask for? Not worth the hassle unless your planning for a jobs in 2026

I am now in my 4th order so am receiving a 40% discount. I have been impressed with the price and quality of the products.

The delivery is slow and not 3-5 days as stated but after my first order I am just topping up my supplies so advance of what I need.

I recently did an interior clean on my daughter’s car, she has two young children. The results were fantastic.

I have seen negative reviews on here and do appreciate the longer delivery times and contact with the supplier. I had a response on their Facebook page regarding delivery and they are moving to a different courier in 2025.

Full on SCAM!!
I have placed an order 1st December, it has never arrived and they don’t reply to your emails.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I had to go through my bank to claim the money back.

I placed an order 17th December and received confirmation email at 6.02am
The 3-5 days delivery claimed would mean that I should have received my order on 23rd December at the latest.
They state in the confirmation email that they will contact you when order is dispatched.
I have had NO CORRESPONDENCE from this company and my order HAS NOT been dispatched.
I have emailed them and will wait to see what they say on the 2nd January when they reopen.
BUYER BEWARE…… USE ANOTHER COMPANY

My experience with valet chem was good although my order was late being despatched. They answered my queries, and the reason for the late despatch was that the black Friday deals made the orders after wards playedlate... The price was good the product is good very fair price well done ...
A few of the reviews I saw kinda made me a bit worried but there was no need to be as it arrived in time at a good price and the delivery driver even carries the 25kilo tub upstairs for me ,, with a smile,, job done well done valet chem

I was a little worried when the price seemed too good to be true. The dispatch took a little longer than id hoped but really happy the product and service. Will certainly use again.

Placed order 1 November and still waiting, despite Company advising delivery between 3 and 5 days, its now 10 days. Have emailed them...again... let's see what they say this time. Would not recommend.
