I've worked with Tom for two years now
I've worked with Tom for two years now, and he's completed 8 finance deals for me across vans and equipment. What sets him apart is how hard he fights to get a good deal — he doesn't just process finance, he negotiates it. Several of my deals have been on tight deadlines, and Tom has gone above and beyond, working after hours to make sure they settled on time.
When I first came to Tom, we had one vehicle and were doing $250k in revenue. Today we have 5 vehicles and are on track to hit $1.4 million. Tom's finance has been a genuine part of that growth — he's backed every step of scaling up.
I've worked with other brokers over the years, and Tom is, without question, the best in the business.

I have been dealing with Jaime Ureta for some funds for my business. He has been awesome and fantastic to deal with. I’ve spoken to a few other brokers before and they don’t even look twice and decline me due to not running long enough. Exceptional service from Jack — highly recommended
Jack Steadman at Valiant Finance was outstanding from start to finish.
From the initial discussions around finance options through to approval and completion, Jack made the entire process straightforward, well organised and genuinely stress-free. His communication was excellent throughout — responsive, proactive and always clear about where things stood and what was required next.
What impressed me most was Jack’s persistence and personal ownership of the process. He took the time to understand what we needed, worked through the various steps professionally, and kept everything moving without us having to constantly follow up.
The end result was a great outcome and a seamless experience securing finance for our new vehicle.
It is increasingly rare to come across someone who combines strong technical knowledge with genuine customer service, but Jack does exactly that. Zak was so easy to deal with and really kept things moving. There were never any delays and when he came up with a product and I wasn't entirely happy with it, it wasn't a problem. He listen to my concerns and just as promptly came up with a solution and had a new product presented and financed in a super quick timeframe. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
