My first order was great! Everything arrived in a timely manner and the quality was spot on. Unfortunately my second order has not arrived yet and its been weeks. I put in a support ticket but I was told to just continue to wait. The order is marked as 'shipped' but when you try to track it it shows it has not even been dropped off at the post office, I really need my package!

Every order with Valkyrie has been very satisfactory. New customers should be aware that with the Christmas season coming up, you can expect delays in shipments. This is not Valkyrie's fault, but just the normal clog and delay in packages from the post office and other carriers. Try to get orders in early and allow enough lead time. During regular season, all of my orders arrived within a week all the way to Hawaii.
