Purchased the Smith machine and couldn’t be happier, very high quality. I made some modifications to suit my particular needs and Valor was happy to supply the parts and accessories I needed.

I need a replacement cable for one of my machines. Valor acted just as advertised. I emailed they responded quickly with pictures and an explanation of potential parts I would need. The payment process was simple and my parts arrived in the mail 10 to 14 days.

A good product, the decline sit up bench, on how it allows to me to perform the way I do in the gym.

Great product, extremely fast shipping. Ordered the strongman yoke and couldn’t be happier. Fit and finish is very nice, price was right. Some others have said “holes don’t line up”,etc., but if you simply assemble it on level ground, there’s no issue. No disappointments with this item whatsoever.

Quick shipping but the weight is off center and difficult to catch and throw properly. Seems to be falling apart pretty quickly too. Still able to use for some core workouts but not so much for actual wall ball shots

5 stars on delivery and fit, product works as advertised! My only gripe(grip) is that the grips are hard plastic and would greatly benefit from being a foam rubber material as it can be tough on the hands while doing dips!

Personal request; a V shaped dip attachment for a single post with the same dimensions as this unit.

Have to say thank you to the person that heard my issue. He took the time to put together a machine line the one I purchased to see what the issue was and then he sent it out to me. The whole thing was dealt with in 10 days or less. Amazing

The main frame for my DD-3 adjustable incline bench arrived with a damage flange. It was bent, and the paint was cracked. They suggested it must’ve been damaged in shipping, but I did not see any damage to the box. I had to demand a replacement part. What they sent me was worse than the original. The replacement part had the flange welded on crooked, so the bench would’ve rocked like a table with one short leg. I ended up fixing the first piece sent out and just living with it.
