Lack of technical support on the spot
First of all, you don't have a live chat to resolve technical issues on the spot. The ticket system is ridiculous, it take times for the technical team to respond, then re respond, it takes days.
Also, emails asking for technical assistance are obviously not read properly, addressing one issue but not all included in an email.
I wish I did not sign up with value hosted, will never recommend it to anyone.

Sorry for the caused inconvenience. We have investigated the issue and it turned out that you have stopped replying to our support tickets to resolve the technical difficulties. As for the live chat, our tech-savoy support lads are available 24/7.
We not only respond to support tickets and live chats but also send reminders to those who are late to get back to us. We have evidence of it. Instead of getting back to us, you went straight for defamation.
We hope Trust Pilot representatives read this as we are daily victimized by such customers who first use our services, leave a bad review on Trust Pilot, and then threatens to get a refund for review removal. It’s a classic act of defamation that customers have adopted nowadays.
As we believe you don't have enough maturity as a client, we are refunding your invoice and cancelling your order.

As per ICANN policies, on July 24, 2021, we had sent an email to you, containing a link, to your email address asking you to click the verification link. To date, this email address has not been verified.
