I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I have to warn other people.

I'm Cathy, and I ordered from Valvera after seeing some of their clothing online. The website looked professional and the designs were actually pretty nice, so I decided to give them a try.

While browsing, I also noticed a rose toy listed on the site. It seemed completely random for a streetwear brand, but I figured maybe they were expanding into other products. Big mistake.

When it arrived, the packaging was strange and there were no real instructions included. The product itself felt cheap and didn't look anything like the photos. After a few days, it started making odd noises even when it wasn't being used. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it genuinely freaked me out.

My husband joked that the thing was cursed because every time it was left in a room, someone would find a reason to leave. The motor would randomly turn on, and one night it somehow ended up on the floor after being left on a shelf. Maybe there was a logical explanation, but it was enough to make me throw it out.

The bigger issue is that customer support was not helpful at all. I reached out about the quality and the strange behavior, and all I got was a generic response. No refund, no replacement, no explanation.

If Valvera wants to be taken seriously as a brand, they should focus on their clothing and stop selling random products that have nothing to do with streetwear. The clothes were decent, but the whole experience left a bad impression.

Would not order again.

I ordered a hoodie from VALVERA a few weeks ago. The package arrived on time and appeared completely normal from the outside. However, when I opened the box, I was shocked to find that it was filled almost entirely with gelatin. There was no protective packaging, no note explaining what had happened, and most importantly, no hoodie.

At first I thought it was some kind of joke or shipping mistake, but after carefully checking the entire package, it became clear that my order was simply not there. The gelatin had leaked through parts of the box during transit, leaving a mess and making the contents difficult to inspect.

I contacted customer support and am currently waiting for a resolution, but as a customer this was incredibly disappointing. I paid for a clothing item and instead received a box full of gelatin. I've ordered from many brands over the years and have never experienced anything remotely similar.

Until this issue is resolved, I can't recommend ordering from VALVERA.

Stay away! Almost impossible to contact company. The best way is by mail in writing?! Product received was nothing like what I ordered. I received multiple emails a day prompting me to purchase more goods. But there's no easy direct way to contact the company. Also, they are listed under several different names I found, as I tried tracking customer service (which doesnt exist) down.

The shipping was very fast and the quality was better than most brands, for less money. i recommend buying from here because they’re a small business who care about the quality of their products.

The clothing fit well it was shipped pretty fast and the material is nice.
