Do not order from the Vanessa Bruno website. If there are any issues with the order, it will be very difficult to resolve. They are using Global-E.com and it is clearly a feature, not a bug of their platform that they make returns and exchanges as difficult as possible. I ordered 2 tote bags from Vanessa Bruno. One medium and one large. They sent me 2 medium bags, entirely their mistake but I had to send photos 5 different time s and it took nearly 3 weeks to get the money back for the price differential between the large bag that they charged me for and the medium that they sent. They are clearly using bots to communicate so you can't get a straight answer from them. It was only after nearly 3 weeks and a threat to escalate with the credit card company that I was able to get my money back but that's a lot of time and effort on the customer part to resolve an issue that was entirely the fault of the company. The fact that they asked me to do a review is more evidence that they have no idea what is going on.

Un sac commandé à Noel reçu abîmé, j’ai envoyé des photos, ils m’ont répondu 2 mois après entre temps appelé 3fois. Et là je reçois un mail me disant que ce n’est pas eux que c moi qui l’ai abîmé dont pas d’échange c inacceptable. Je ne recommande pas du tout leur marque.

Le service aux clients n existe pas ! Chaussures de plus de 400 euros défectueuses....Vanessa Bruno, tellement désolée ,me conseille de régler le problème avec un cordonnier de confiance ! ...De qui se moque-t-on ? Après avoir lu l 'avis de Trustpilot, Vanessa Bruno rétorque que le magasin où l achat a été fait a pris connaissance du problème...sans plus ! Preuve supplémentaire, si besoin est, qu il n y a AUCUN service après-vente si ce n est que du bla-bla. D'autres avis sur les forums rejoi gent cette considération lamentable que non seulement la qualité n est pas au rendez-vous ni la responsabilité du service production.. Marque à bannir !

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ich habe vor über einem Monat ein Kleid bestellt, das bisher nicht eingetroffen ist. Stattdessen wurde die Zahlungsfrist lediglich um einen Monat verschoben - statt einfach eine Stornierung durchzuführen oder sich zu entschuldigen. Bin gespannt, wie es weitergeht oder ob Klarna weiterhilft. Hände weg!

The most horrible experience. Bought and paid for three blouses, only two arrived. Sent a message through the Vanessa Bruno site and a nice lady answered immediately with promise to help right away. Then not a word. Have tried for 8 days to get in contact and get a refund for the missing item. Nothing. Do not shop from this website!
