Ordered my item February 21, 2026 it’s now March 22, 2026 and I’ve yet to receive my ring. They keep telling me it’s coming. I’d never order anything from them again. This is ridiculous when they tell you 10 to 14 days for delivery. Can’t reach them by phone either. Only through email.

I ordered the beautiful promise ring, not only is it stunning, but the customer service was absolutely amazing and in my first review, I advised I would be purchasing more because they have been phenomenal. I just ordered two more promise rings for my nieces for Christmas, and I absolutely love this faith based company. I have told all my friends that are Senior Care caregivers like myself and shown them all my purchases so there will be more clients setting up purchases right before Thanksgiving! Definitely a five star company and will probably order my jewelry there forever!

I ordered 2 rings and a bracelet. The jewelry arrived quickly. Unfortunately, a cross fell off the Ichthys Band Dangling Cross Ring after a very short time. I contacted customer service, who has been absolutely fantastic and helpful. They have replaced the ring. The quality of both the other ring and the bracelet is without any complaints. And I am very, very happy with the jewelry. Maybe the cross got stuck, maybe I hit it against something. I don't know. Either way, I couldn't have had better customer service.

Products are fine, but whoever delivered it, set it in my backyard behind my gates... and not in the front porch. It’s weird.

I ordered this ring a few months ago, and to this day, it hasn’t tarnished. The only thing I’ve noticed are a few small scratches, but that’s just from regular wear. I do wish I had ordered a bigger size, though—it doesn’t fit the finger I originally wanted to wear it on, so I’ve been wearing it on a different one. Other than that, I think this ring is definitely worth the price.

Not sure about my finger size, so I asked a question before ordering. Their support team responded super fast and helped me confirm the ring size. My order arrived right on time, and the jewelry is gorgeous. I will definitely buy again!

I have purchased the Crown of Thorns plain ring and the Crown of Thorns Jeweled ring and was so pleased with both purchases. They are stunning so I decided to order the Crown of Thorns hoop earrings absolutely love them. I have also purchased Cross hoop earrings love them. I have not been dissatisfied or disappointed in any of my purchases. Highly recommend Vanimy they sell quality jewelry. Will be buying from them again and again.

I’ve been wearing these a lot and they haven’t faded, irritated my ears, or turned green—nothing. They’ve been great! I’ll update this review if they tarnish or anything, but so far, I’m really excited about them!

I wear this 24/7 and it’s a great length for layering other necklaces. It does not make my skin discolored, and has held up well for several months.

The ring true to size, and I wash my hands with it on. So far, so good.

I love this jewelry....quite possibly will buy more than I can wear.

Products are shipped from China. Takes long to arrive, more than 3 weeks. Quality is not very good for the price paid.

Ringen blev købt over en måned før fødselsdagen fandt sted, dog pga. længere ventetid end forventet på levering, nåede jeg ikke at give gaven i tide. Desuden, viser produktet sig at være langt under den kvalitet, beskrevet på deres hjemmeside. Jeg forsøger ihærdigt at finde frem til deres “return policy”, som helt tydeligt er vagt beskrevet. Hverken retur-adresse eller retur-formular er til at finde nogle steder. Samtidigt er tlf nr. oplyst på hjemmesiden, ikke i brug.

Efter næsten en uges forsøg på at opspore deres kundecenter, får jeg fat i nogen på mail, der på trods af en meget eksplicit e-mail, stadig forsøger at få mig til at ombytte smykket frem for at udnytte mine 60 dages returret. Processen er stadig igang næsten 20 dage senere

This company makes the most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen and wore. The quality is amazing & I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. I got so many compliments when wearing my necklace from here (crown of thorns necklace), 10/10!!

I bought an Eternal Blessed ring and was small size , I asked for exchange and I understood about the policy, shipping and all the stuff . They sent an email if I wanted instead 40% off for my next purchase. I’m still waiting for that coupon but not reply from them . I don’t recommend this product. They just use your faith to make you buy their products and don’t care about customer satisfaction.
